February 2026 Enforce 1-click login for external Shared Space participants February 4, 2026 Admins can now require all external participants to use email verification when accessing Shared Spaces. This setting enforces 1-click login via a secure link sent to the buyer's email, removing the option to create or use static passwords. By ensuring only verified recipients with active email access can view content, admins can mitigate risk and meet enterprise Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) standards. January 2026 Always include specific pages in document Shares January 7, 2026 Admins can now ensure critical information is always part of the conversation. When the file permission ‘Pages can be separated’ is on, admins can use the ‘Always include specific pages’ option. This ensures that certain pages, such as legal disclaimers or cover sheets, are included whenever a document is shared. When sellers select content to add to Shared Spaces and Collections in the Web App, they’ll also now see recent searches and be able to filter results by tag and content type. By tailoring recommendations to individual actions, you can ensure every seller surfaces the most impactful training exactly when they need it. The feature is available in open beta.
