Configure your personal settings Updated March 25, 2026 18:41 In the Web App and Windows Desktop App, you can personalize your Showpad account by adding a profile picture, completing your profile, and creating an email signature. In your personal settings, you can also view your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) connections and connect or disconnect your calendar from Field Meeting AI. Here, you can do the following: Set up your profile picture Complete your sharing profile Create an email signature View your CRM connections Connect or disconnect your calendar to Field Meeting AI Do this step by step Set up your profile picture Adding a profile picture helps colleagues recognize you more easily across sales, marketing, and training. It also helps buyers recognize you when collaborating in a Shared Space. You can change your picture at any time. If you prefer not to use your picture, your initials will appear instead. On the My Profile tab in Personal Settings, click the pencil icon on your picture or initials. Add or update your picture. Supported formats are JPG, JPEG, and PNG. Drag and drop your picture, or click Browse to select a file from your device. If you’re replacing an existing picture, click Change photo and select the picture from your device. To revert to your initials, click Remove photo. Use the slider to zoom in or out, then drag the image to position it. The circle shows what others will see when your picture is displayed. Click Save. Back to Top Complete your sharing profile The About section in Showpad displays your contact information. Prospects can view this information when they open content you have shared or collaborate with you in Shared Spaces. On the My Profile tab in Personal Settings, update your Position, Company, Phone number, and Time zone. Your name and email address are filled in automatically. Note: If the auto-populated information needs to be modified, your Showpad Administrator can do so by following the instructions in this article. Click Save changes. Prospects will see the contact information you entered in your profile when they click the info icon in the Shared Content Viewer. Back to Top Create an email signature You can use your personalized email signature when sharing from the Web App, Windows Desktop App, iOS, or Android. This allows you to deliver a more authentic, personalized message to prospects. The rich signature syncs across your devices. At the bottom of the My Profile tab in Personal Settings, paste your signature from your regular email client or enter it in the Email signature box. Add a link or image, adjust the font size and style, and format as needed. To add an image, click the picture icon. Click Upload to add an image from your device or add the image URL. Images will automatically be resized to fit the field. Click Insert Image. When you're done, click Save changes. Back to Top View your CRM connections When your administrator sets up one or more Customer Relationship Management (CRM) connections, they appear here. Click CRM Connection in the Personal Settings left menu. View your connected CRMs. To disconnect a CRM, click Disconnect below it. The CRM is disconnected immediately. You can reconnect it the next time you share content. Back to Top Connect or disconnect your calendar to Field Meeting AI Field Meeting AI organizes your notes, meeting information, presented content, and CRM data to provide instant follow-up actions, such as email drafts and CRM updates. You can sync relevant appointments from your Google or Microsoft calendar to Field Meeting AI. Meetings created in Showpad are not synced to your calendar. Note: This feature must be enabled by your administrator. Click Field Meeting AI in the Personal Settings left menu. If your calendar is not connected, click Connect in the yellow bar at the top of the page. Follow the steps in this article to connect to your calendar service. To disconnect your calendar, click Disconnect in the green banner at the top of the page.
