Integrate External Tools with Genie

Genie Assistant integrates with external platforms to broaden its knowledge base, pull real-time customer data, and sync actions directly into your existing workflows. As an administrator, you can manage these connections across customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. This ensures that Genie remains a contextual, powerful assistant for your revenue teams while pulling exclusively from the data sources you authorize.

CRM & Enrichment

Connecting your CRM allows Genie to securely read or update accounts, opportunities, and contact timelines, so your sellers can receive hyper-personalized email drafts or recommendations.

As an admin, you can control what Genie can access in your CRM when a user logs in to an instance via the Web App.

Note: Data synced from your CRM environment complies with your existing organizational data privacy settings and permissions profiles.

MCP Connectors

When you connect specialized custom agents, you can expand the tools they can use by hooking up to a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server.

1. Select the MCP Connectors tab.
2. Use the search bar to browse for a remote MCP server, or locate one directly from the Not connected list.

3. Click Connect on the server you want to add.

   Note: Some remote connectors may require additional configuration steps to complete the initial bridge.

4. Once your selected remote MCP server is connected, click Authorize. You’ll be prompted to log in and authorize the connection using your account credentials for that specific server.
