Add your thoughts via voice, image, or text. Optionally, link the note to a meeting. Click Create. Review the AI-powered note overview Manage your notes Do this step by step Capture your notes after a meeting and let Showpad Assist transform them into structured overviews and follow-up actions. Capture a note Click the Create button, then select Note. Choose how you would like to capture a note: Upload an image: Choose an image file from your device. You’ll see a preview of the image. If you don’t want to create a note from the image, click Remove. You can then drag and drop or click to upload a new image. Type a note: Choose to either type or transcribe your note: Type your unstructured notes about the engagement into the Content box. Click Transcribe and speak your notes into your microphone. Click Stop when you’re done. Type to edit your transcribed thoughts. Optionally, link the note to a meeting by searching and selecting one. If the meeting isn’t recorded, learn how to log a meeting in Showpad. Click Create. You'll be redirected to your list of notes while it's processing. When your AI-powered overview is ready, you'll receive a notification. Click it to view the AI-powered note overview. Back to Top Review the AI-powered note overview Navigate to the Shares tab and select Meetings. Click the Your Notes tab. Click on any note from the list to open its structured, AI-powered overview. From the note overview screen, you can see key information and perform several actions: At a glance, you can see when the note was Last edited, the linked meeting, and the Related CRM Record. Click the Copy icon to copy the entire AI-generated summary and topic list to your clipboard, making it easy to paste into an email, CRM, or other application. To view the text, audio, or image you initially captured, click See original. To edit or delete the note, click the three dot menu. On the right, the Showpad Assist sidebar shows the linked meeting, which you can click to update. When you link a note to a meeting, the meeting’s summary is updated. Click Go to meeting to view the updated meeting overview. Back to Top Manage notes The Your Notes tab on the Meetings page is where you can view all your notes. Sort the notes by Title, date and time Added, or Type of note. You’ll also see the Meeting that each note is linked to. If a note is not linked to a meeting, click Link to select which meeting the note is associated with. To edit a note, click the three dot menu and select Edit. Update the title and/or linked meeting and click Save. To delete a note, click the three dot menu and select Delete. Confirm on the pop-up. To see the notes that are linked to specific meetings, click Meetings: Any. Then, search for and select the meetings you want. Capture a note Tap the Note icon on the floating button. Select how you would like to capture a note: Record voice note: Speak your notes into your microphone. Tap Pause, then tap Resume to continue recording, or tap Finish when you’re done. Choose an image: Select an existing photo from your device. You’ll see a preview of the image. Take a picture: Use your device’s camera to take a picture of your notes. Type a note: Enter text manually to record your thoughts. Tap Select meeting (Optional) to link the note to a meeting by searching and selecting one. Tap Create. You'll be redirected to your list of notes while it's processing. When your AI-powered overview is ready, you'll receive a notification. Tap it to view the summary. Alternatively, from the Overview or Notes tab, you can link existing notes. To do so, click the Link existing notes option, and select the notes to link (up to five). Tap Link. The meeting overview will be updated with the notes you linked. Back to Top View the AI-powered note overview Navigate to the Meetings page. Tap the Notes icon in the upper left of the Meetings page. Tap on any note from the list to open its structured, AI-powered overview. From the note overview screen, you can see key information and perform several actions: Note Details: Tap the details icon in the upper-right corner to view the note details. Here you can: View the original content, and the date and time the note was created. Edit the Title Update the Linked Meeting Delete the note Share icon: Tap the share icon to copy the note overview to your clipboard or share it with your preferred messaging app. Follow-up: Tap the floating Follow-up button to view suggested actions from Field Meeting AI. If the note is not linked, you’ll be prompted to link the note. Back to Top Manage notes The Notes icon on the Meetings page is where you can view all your notes. They’re organized by date. To view only notes not linked to meetings, tap Unlinked. Tap a note to view the note overview and the option to edit or delete the note.
