Asset data field and filter descriptions Updated July 15, 2026 07:00 This article provides a complete list of the data fields and filters available for asset reports and charts. Use it as a reference while building, editing, or reviewing reports and charts in the Report or Dashboard Builder. The asset dataset covers seller and buyer engagement with individual assets, including views, downloads, and Shares. Use these data fields to see how each asset performs internally with sellers and externally with buyers, including performance grades based on recent activity. With a Salesforce integration, you can also view impact metrics to see how specific assets contribute to sales performance. Learn more about connecting to Salesforce.
