To facilitate the best sales experience, we recommend you maintain an up-to-date operating system and run the latest version of the Showpad app. We add great new features regularly, and the most recent updates will provide the best functionality for you and your team. 
More memory on your device will provide a smoother experience. The amount of storage you need depends on how much content is assigned to your Showpad account.

iOS

Ensure your device runs iOS 17 or later to receive the latest Showpad app updates Always update to the latest Showpad app version for the best experience

Android

Windows Desktop

Windows devices that have Windows 10 (Version 1083 - April 2018 update) or Windows 11 installed Access to the Windows store For optimal performance, enable automatic updates for Showpad on your Windows device

Web app

We recommend using the latest version of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Safari on macOS, Mozilla Firefox, Edge for Windows 10, 11, Edge (Chromium) For admins, the Online Platform must be accessed through a standard desktop browser  If working with an outdated browser, a message will show up indicating that your browser is not compatible

Note: Your company might have an update policy that does not automatically install browser and app updates, which might cause Showpad to stop working correctly.
Contact your IT team to check browser and app versions and to update your system to a compatible version.
