The Briefing tab is the default view for an upcoming meeting. Once the meeting's end time passes, the Overview tab becomes the default on the next page load. It includes four sections in order: Suggestions for this meeting, Key points from the last meeting, Key points from all previous meetings, and Content to present. Suggestions for this meeting This section shows AI-generated discussion points to help you prepare. They're prioritized based on what's most relevant: Unresolved next steps: open commitments from previous meetings not yet actioned in your CRM Stage-relevant questions: topics that typically move deals forward based on the CRM opportunity stage Topics from previous interactions: subjects raised in past Field Seller Agent notes or content the customer engaged with significantly If your CRM isn't connected, this section still loads using your Field Seller Agent meeting history. A prompt to connect your CRM appears where CRM data would improve the output. Key points from the last meeting This section shows highlights and next steps from the most recent Field Seller Agent-captured meeting with the same account. Key points from all previous meetings This section shows a consolidated view of highlights and next steps from all prior Field Seller Agent-captured meetings with this account. The label "X meetings captured in Field Seller Agent" is visible so you know the data range you're working with. Note: This section covers meetings captured in Field Seller Agent only. It doesn't yet include meetings from before your organization adopted Field Seller Agent, CRM activity history, or email threads. Content to present This section shows recommended content based on your Briefing. Content items have the same actions as items in the Meeting Overview, including adding content to a Shared Space. Use this to prepare what you plan to show during the meeting. To add content to a Shared Space, select the asset and then click Add to. Select Collection or Shared Space. Click the Share button to share the content via Email or Link. Copy and regenerate your Briefing Copy to clipboard: Click the Copy button to copy the full Briefing as formatted text to paste into a note or message. Regenerate: Click the Regenerate button to refresh the Briefing if your source data changes. The Briefing also updates automatically when source data changes. Note: If your CRM isn't connected, sections that depend on CRM data show a contextual prompt to connect your CRM. The Briefing is never blank; a partial view is always shown.
