Filter your data Every filter you set here updates all the KPIs and charts on the page at once. Click a filter to set it: Activity started at: select a date range for user activity, such as Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last month, This year, Last year, or a custom range. Divisions: choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) the Divisions you select. Tags: choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) the tags you select. User groups: choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) the user groups you select. Click View filters to show or hide any of these filters, or drag them into the order you prefer. Click Save when you're done. Back to top Review the KPIs and charts At the top of the dashboard four KPIs summarize activity for your filtered date range: Active users: the number of users with at least one activity. Total views: the total number of asset views by sellers and buyers. % Users sharing content: the percentage of users who shared content at least once. % Users creating Shared Spaces: the share of your users who created at least one Shared Space. Below the KPIs, four charts break down engagement in more detail: How are users engaging with content? A line chart plotting Asset Downloads, Asset Views, Asset Shares, and Shared Spaces Created by month. Use this chart to see which type of engagement is driving your overall activity. A spike in downloads without a matching rise in views might mean sellers are grabbing content to use offline rather than browsing for it in the moment. Hover over a point to view details. Click a field in the legend to hide or reveal it on the chart. Are sellers and buyers viewing content? A line chart comparing Buyer Views and Seller Views by month. Use this chart to compare internal and external interest in your content. If seller views are climbing but buyer views are flat, your content may be resonating internally but not translating into buyer engagement. Hover over a point to view details. Click a field in the legend to hide or reveal it on the chart. How is active usage trending monthly? A line chart tracking the number of active users by month or week, depending on your selected date range. Use this chart to track adoption over time. A steady upward trend suggests Showpad is becoming part of your team's routine, while a plateau or drop might signal it's time to re-engage inactive users. Hover over a point to view details. Are shared assets reaching buyers? A column chart comparing Assets Shared and Buyer Views by month. Use this chart to see whether your sharing activity is actually reaching buyers. If Shares climb but buyer views don't follow, buyers may not be opening what sellers send them. Hover over a column to view details. Click a field in the legend to hide or reveal it on the chart. Please let us know how we can improve the feature by clicking Give feedback in the upper right corner. Analytics AI sits at the top of the Overview page and greets you by name, so you can ask questions about your adoption, engagement, and content performance without building a chart yourself. Type your question into the Ask about your data field and press Enter, or click the magnifying glass icon. You can also click one of the suggested questions below the field to get started. Analytics AI analyzes your data and returns a written summary, often paired with a chart. To download the chart, hover over it and select CSV, XLSX, or PNG. The summary text isn't included in the download. To pin the chart, click Add to dashboard. Select Existing and choose a dashboard from the Dashboard name list, or select New and enter a name to create one. Click Add. You'll land in the Dashboard Builder with the chart added to the bottom. Rearrange or resize it as needed, then click the X in the upper right to close the builder. Learn more about creating custom dashboards. To dismiss an answer and shrink the Analytics AI box, click the X icon in its upper-right corner. Note: Pinning a chart to a dashboard clears your current Analytics AI answer on the overview page.
