What you are viewing in Showpad is included in the context that Genie uses when you begin a conversation. Click the Genie button in the lower-right corner to expand the chat interface. Use the Conversation Starters for quick actions or enter your own prompt in the message bar. Conversation starters, like “Find a relevant case study”, will autofill the prompt and may provide placeholders that you can fill with information, such as region/vertical, product name, and a specific business challenge. Tab through the field to fill in all the placeholders. Press enter or click the send icon to start your conversation with Genie. Review the response, which includes citations to the source content used. Click a source card to open it in Showpad. Click a source link to open it in a new browser tab. Below the list of sources, Genie may suggest prompts for further research into your topic. Select one to continue the conversation or enter more requests into the message bar. To verbally chat with Genie, click the microphone icon and start speaking. Press enter or click the send icon when done. Genie will speak the response to you. (Available to sellers with the Expert AI Bundle.) Use the thumbs up or thumbs down icons to provide feedback on the response's accuracy. This feedback will go to your organization’s admins. To copy the text content of Genie’s response, click the copy icon. It will be copied to your clipboard to paste where needed. Click New Chat to clear the current conversation and start fresh. To view your previous conversations, click the clock icon to search and select them from the list. You can rename or delete the conversations by clicking the three dot menu next to each conversation and selecting the action. You can switch between agents by clicking the current agent under the text field and selecting a new one. The following are out-of-the-box agents; however, your admin may create agents specific to your organization. Company Content Agent (Default): Uses your organization's content, Experiences, and meeting notes to answer questions. (Available to sellers with the Professional, Advanced, or Expert AI Bundle) Deep Research Agent: Accesses web search and general LLM knowledge for broader market research. (Available to sellers with the Advanced or Expert AI Bundle) Podcast Agent: Converts written company content in Showpad (assets, Collections, Experiences) into conversational, easy-to-listen audio files, so sellers can consume updates on the go. Create a Collection Enter a prompt like, "Create a Collection around [Topic]." To customize the Collection further, you can instruct Genie to include only Shareable, customer-facing items or focus on internal enablement. Review the list of assets Genie recommends including. Make adjustments if needed, and when you’re satisfied, click Create Collection. The new collection will open automatically for you to review. Create a Shared Space Enter a prompt like, "Create a Shared Space for [Prospect Name] regarding [Topic]." Genie may prompt you to add a brief, tailored intro message. Click Create Shared Space. You can then edit the name, description, or content as needed. Draft Emails Ask Genie to draft a Showpad email share for a specific asset or meeting follow-up.
