Additionally, if enabled by your admin, connect your Microsoft Teams account to automatically add meeting transcripts as notes to your synced meetings. During a scheduled meeting, any content you present through Showpad is automatically logged. Field Meeting AI can use this information, along with linked notes, to create a detailed overview of the discussion. Click New and select Meeting. Fill in the meeting details and click Create. To sync appointments automatically, connect your calendar To sync transcripts of MS Teams meetings, connect your MS Teams account. Create a new meeting Navigate to the Shares tab and select Meetings. Click New and select Meeting. Give the meeting a Title. Search for and select Participants' email addresses. With a connected CRM, use the Related to field to search for and select an account or opportunity.To connect to your CRM, click Connect in the ‘Connect your CRM’ message under the Title field. If your organization is connected to multiple CRM instances, select the instance you want to log in to, then log in. Select a Date from the calendar, then enter the beginning and ending meeting times in the From and To fields. Click Create. Back to Top Connect your Google Calendar Sync your appointments with prospects and buyers from Google Calendar to Showpad Meetings. Meetings you create in Showpad will not be synced to your calendar. Click Connect in the ‘No calendar connected’ yellow bar at the top of the Meetings page. Click Continue with Google and sign in with your Google account. Review what information will be shared between your calendar provider and Field Meeting AI. Then, click Continue. Review the actions Field Meeting AI can perform in your calendar app, then click Allow. New appointments from your calendar will be added to Showpad Meetings if they include at least one external participant (anyone with a different email domain). To keep things organized, we'll automatically create a new "Field Meeting AI" calendar in your calendar app. This dedicated calendar shows the meetings that Field Meeting AI can help you with. You can hide this calendar at any time to keep your private notes and prep materials hidden from customers. Note: If the Field Meeting AI calendar isn't created when you first connect, we check for it each time you create or update a calendar event. If it’s missing, we’ll create it. Note: If you're the first user to connect with your organization's Microsoft account, you'll see an Approval required pop-up window. In this case, enter a message for your IT department to request approval. Your IT department needs to follow the steps outlined here to grant approval. New appointments from your calendar will be added to Showpad Meetings if they include at least one external participant (anyone with a different email domain). Back to Top Connect to MS Teams Connect to your Microsoft Teams account to sync meetings and transcripts. By connecting your account, you can automatically add meeting transcripts as notes to your meetings in Showpad. Note: This feature must be enabled by your administrator. Before you begin To successfully sync transcripts, ensure you have the following setup: A Microsoft account with meeting transcription enabled. A connected calendar linked to Field Meeting AI (Typically a Microsoft calendar, but a Google calendar with the MS Teams add-on enabled also works.) The MS Teams account you connect must match the account tied to your connected calendar Connect your account Click Connect in the ‘MS Teams not connected’ yellow bar at the top of the Meetings page. Select your MS Teams account in the pop-up and sign in. To disconnect, click Manage Connections in the upper right of the Meetings page. Sync meeting transcripts Create an event in your connected calendar that includes at least one external participant. During the meeting, ensure transcription is enabled in MS Teams. After the meeting reaches its scheduled end time, the transcript will be available as a note linked to the synced meeting in Showpad. Manage meetings Meetings are organized into weeks. Click the left arrow and right arrow next to the dates of the week to view the next or previous weeks. To edit a meeting, click the three dot menu and select Edit. Update any of the fields and click Save. To delete a meeting, click the three dot menu and select Delete. Confirm on the pop-up. Use the search field to locate a specific meeting. Back to Top The quick way on iOS From the menu, navigate to Meetings. Tap the plus icon to create a new meeting. Add a Title, time, participants, and relate it to a CRM record. Tap Create to save the meeting. Create a new meeting Tap the menu icon in the top menu bar, and select Meetings. Tap the plus icon in the upper right corner. Give the meeting a Title. Select the Start and End Date & Time. Select the Duration. Search for and select Participants' email addresses. With a connected CRM, tap the Related to field to search for and select an account or opportunity. Tap Create. Back to Top Manage meetings If you connected your calendar through the Showpad Web App, you’ll find relevant appointments from your calendar on the Meetings page. You’ll also see the meetings you create. Tap the menu icon in the top menu bar, and select Meetings. On the Today tab, you'll see today's meetings. Tap Upcoming to view all future meetings. Tap Previous to view all past meetings. Tap a meeting to view the meeting overview, content presented during the meeting, linked notes, and recommended actions.To edit the meeting information, tap the info icon in the upper-right corner, then tap Edit. Update the title, date and time, and CRM fields. Tap Save when done.
