Enhanced engagement insights in the Files and Pages libraries

Admins now have more ways to analyze asset engagement leveraging advanced filtering. In the Files library, they can quickly identify inactive files by filtering for Last buyer activity or Last seller activity using the is (=) Empty criteria.

Additionally, the Files and Pages libraries now include Buyer views and Seller views columns, simplifying engagement tracking. With advanced search, admins can also sort assets by view count.

The Pages library now offers deeper performance insights with new columns: Last buyer activity, Last seller activity, Buyer interest, and Seller interest. These additions provide a clear view of performance and user interaction.

Create tags by pasting a comma-separated list

Tags are used throughout Showpad to categorize, manage, and help locate content. Often, admins compile tag lists outside of Showpad. To make tagging content easier in the Admin App, admins can now copy and paste a comma-separated list wherever tags can be created. Existing tags are automatically selected, while new ones are created. This feature, which mirrors the legacy Online Platform, saves admins time and allows them to manage content efficiently within the streamlined Admin App.

Simplified localization settings for AI-powered features

Admins can now manage the languages for AI-powered Tag Translations and beta AI-powered Video Captions in the AI-powered Features settings page in the Admin App. This consolidated menu eliminates the need for a separate Localization settings page.

By default, all languages are enabled, but admins can customize which ones their sellers see for tags and video subtitles. AI-powered Asset FAQs can be viewed by sellers in all available languages.

Sort search results on Android

Now, when users search for content on the Android app, they can sort the results by Relevance, Newest, or Oldest, just like on the Web App. Sorting makes it easier for sellers to quickly find what they need while they're out in the field.

Key benefits include streamlined content management for faster uploads and bulk editing, powerful global search across your entire library, and a centralized analytics hub for quicker insights. With enhanced collaboration tools like Shared Space templates and a sleek, modern design, the Admin App accelerates adoption and simplifies your workflows.

You can switch back to the Online Platform at any time. However, it is being retired and will no longer receive updates.

SCORM Reports

Admins can now bulk export SCORM Course data directly from Coach Reports, eliminating the need to review individual records. You’ll find SCORM Reports in the Coach Reports section of the Analytics tab. The reports allow you to view, sort, and export SCORM data seamlessly. The export formats are compatible with BI tools for advanced analysis. Additionally, SCORM Reports allow flexible access through both the Admin App and API for reporting and integration.

Shared Space templates

Shared Space templates empower admins to create on-brand, pre-filled templates tailored to specific selling scenarios. The Shared Space Templates library in the Admin App includes expanded management options and usage insights. Admins can see which templates are favored and quickly duplicate the popular ones, reducing setup time.

Additionally, Shared Space Templates are available via API, allowing for the automation of Shared Space creation, integration with existing tools, and building custom workflows.

iOS support in China

Existing users in China can continue using the current global version without interruption, but we encourage you to download the new version to access the latest updates and support.

Coach Discussions removal

Last May, we sunset the Discussions feature from the Coach Course Viewer. With the February release, we’ve removed it from the admin Collaboration tab and users' Social tab. We recommend guiding users to the Course Feedback feature for a more streamlined way to share actionable insights with Course authors.

Automation Rules with rolling release dates

Microsoft Copilot for Sales enhanced capabilities

Updates are rolling out to the Showpad eOS plugin for Copilot. It enables sellers to add Showpad-recommended content to their emails within the Copilot for Sales draft email flow. Paired with the content viewing insights already available in the Copilot email summary section, sellers can make smart content choices while drafting tailored emails to their customers.

Copilot updates will be deployed by Microsoft to the various regions over the following weeks.

Content recommendations in MS Dynamics

Create recommendation policies for MS Dynamics to help sellers find the content they need at the right moment. Enabling these policies will give your sales reps the best content suggestions for advancing each deal. Depending on the setup, users can find, present, and share recommended content surfaced in Accounts, Leads, Contacts, or Opportunities.

Recommended content is based on metadata in the CRM and curated recommendation rules as well as AI recommendation policies.

AI-powered Answers in Search and mobile search improvements

Users on the Web App or iOS can now type questions in the search bar and receive AI-generated answers based on the content in their Showpad instance. Click on any listed content source to view the relevant Showpad asset. AI-powered Answers in Search supports the official Showpad languages, so you can type your question and receive answers in your desired language.

Additionally, other mobile search improvements have been implemented on iOS to make search on par with the Web App, such as better filtering options and improved search history visibility.

Improved AEM Asset Connect Integration

Admin search improvements

Updates to the Admin App and Online Platform have arrived to help admins refine their searches and find content in their Libraries more efficiently. Admins can select sorting criteria and also include archived assets. In the Online Platform, keyword matches will now be highlighted where found in the title or description of the asset.
