Monitor Genie Assistant adoption and performance Updated September 02, 2026 07:01 Genie Assistant helps sellers get quick answers and the right content when they need it. The Genie Assistant dashboard shows how much your team relies on it: how many questions they ask, how often Genie resolves them, and which content it surfaces most. Use these insights to spot adoption gaps, confirm Genie is answering questions well, and see which content deserves more visibility. Note: All analytics data are refreshed every 24 hours. At the bottom of the dashboard, Last data updated on shows the date and time the data was last refreshed. Back to top Filter your data Every filter you set here updates all the KPIs and charts on the dashboard at once. Click a filter to set it: Activity started at: Defaults to Last 90 days. Select a date range for user activity, such as Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last month, This year, Last year, or a custom range. Divisions: Choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) the Divisions you select. User groups: Choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) the user groups you select. User statuses: Choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) active or deactivated users. Click View filters to show or hide any of these filters, or drag them into the order you prefer. Click Save when you're done. Click Clear all filters to reset every filter at once. Back to top Review the KPIs At the top of the dashboard, three KPIs summarize Genie activity for your filtered date range: Users asking questions: The number of distinct users with at least one Genie request in the last 90 days or less. Total questions asked: The total number of requests made to Genie in the filtered date range. This is an event count, not a unique user count: if one person asks 10 questions, all 10 are included. Helpful or neutral responses: The number of questions Genie successfully resolved in the selected period according to user rating. A helpful rating indicates the user clicked the thumbs-up icon. A neutral rating means the user did not rate the response. A thumbs-down rating is not included in this count. Compare with ‘Total questions asked’ to estimate Genie's resolution performance. Note: ‘Users asking questions’ always uses a rolling 90-day window, based on today's date, regardless of the ‘Activity started at’ filter you set. If you filter to a range longer than 90 days, such as This year, ‘Users asking questions’ still only counts users who made requests in the last 90 days, while the other two KPIs and the charts use your full selected range. The number can also shift day to day with no new requests recorded, since users age out of the 90-day window over time. Back to top Review the usage charts Below the KPIs, four charts break down Genie usage in more detail. How is Genie usage trending over time?: A grouped line chart plotting questions asked by week, split by Genie channel (Chat or Shared Spaces Search AI). Use this chart to see whether adoption is growing along with your rollout, and whether sellers prefer Chat or Shared Spaces Search AI. Hover over a point to view the week, the number of questions asked, and the channel used. Click a Genie channel to hide or reveal its line. Click and drag a box to narrow the timeframe for the KPIs and usage charts. Click Clear filter when done. Where are sellers accessing Genie?: A bar chart showing the number of questions asked from each access point: Web App, iOS App, or Shared Spaces. Use this chart to see where your team turns to Genie most, so you can focus enablement on the platforms and spaces sellers actually use. Hover over a bar to view the access point and the total questions asked. Click a bar to filter the KPIs and usage charts to that access point. Click more than one bar to combine their data. Click Clear filter when done. How are sellers using Genie?: A pie chart showing the share of questions asked through each Genie channel: Chat or Shared Spaces Search AI. Use this chart to see which way of interacting with Genie sellers prefer. Hover over a slice to view the number of questions asked to the Genie channel and its share of the total. Click a slice to filter the KPIs and usage charts to that channel. Click Clear filter when done. Who are the most active Genie users?: A stacked bar chart ranking the top ten users who interacted with Genie through at least one channel, with bar colors indicating Chat or Shared Spaces Search AI. Use this chart to identify your Genie power users and see how they engage with it. Hover over a bar segment to view the user's name, number of questions asked, and Genie channel. Click a bar to filter the KPIs and usage charts to that user. Click more than one bar to combine their data. Click Clear filter when done. Note: See Genie Assistant data terms below for how each measure is calculated. Back to top Review the content charts The last two charts show which content Genie relies on to answer questions, and how often sellers view the content Genie provides. Which content does Genie provide most?: A bar chart ranking the top 10 content items Genie used in its responses, by number of times provided. Use this chart to see which content Genie uses most when answering questions. Hover over a bar to view the asset name and the number of times it was included in a response. Click a bar to focus the content charts on that asset. Click more than one bar to combine their data. Click Clear filter when done. Which Genie-provided content do sellers open most?: A bar chart ranking the top 10 content items sellers opened from a Genie response, by number of times opened. Compare this with ‘Which content does Genie provide most?’. If Genie provides content often but sellers rarely open it, they may not find it useful enough to click through. Hover over a bar to view the asset name and the number of times it was opened. Click a bar to view how many times the asset was included in a Genie response in the ‘Which content does Genie provide most?’ chart. Click more than one bar to combine their data. Click Clear filter when done. Note: See Genie Assistant data terms below for how each measure is calculated. Back to top Download or export your data Note: The filters you apply on this page aren't maintained when you export a chart or the dashboard.
