Back to top Review the KPIs and charts At the top of the dashboard, five KPIs summarize activity for your filtered date range: Assigned: the total count of all Roleplay assignments distributed across all users. Started: the number of Roleplay assignments that users have started at least once. Completed: the number of assigned Roleplays that have been completed at least once. Proficiency & Above: the percentage of completed Roleplays that users have reached a score of 60 (proficient) or above. Repeat Practice: the percentage of completed Roelplays that have been practiced more than once. Below the KPIs, six charts break down performance in more detail. How many Roleplays have been assigned?: A column chart displaying the number of assigned Roleplays per month. Use this chart to see whether Roleplay participation is growing alongside your enablement program. A steady climb suggests admins and managers are actively assigning new practice opportunities, while a flat or declining trend might mean it's time to promote Roleplay AI to more teams. Hover over a column to view details. Click a column to filter all charts by that metric. Click Clear filter to reset the chart. Where are users in the completion process?: A column chart comparing Roleplay progress across statuses such as not assigned, no attempt, and passed, by month. Use this chart to see where users stall in the process. A large "not assigned" or "no attempt" segment points to an activation gap, while a healthy "passed" segment shows your Roleplay program is converting practice into demonstrated skill. Hover over a column to view details. Click a field in the legend to hide or reveal it on the chart. Click a column to filter all charts by that metric. Click Clear filter to reset the chart. How many learners have reached proficiency?: A column chart showing the number of users with a competency level of Proficient or above by month. A rising trend line means more of your team is meeting the bar for real conversations, the clearest sign that your coaching investment is translating into measurable seller performance. Where do learners fall on the competency spectrum?: A column chart comparing learners' competency levels, such as Advanced (80-100%), Proficient (60 - 79%), Developing (40-59%), and Aspiring (20-39%), by month. Use this chart to see how your sellers are distributed across skill tiers. A large Aspiring segment signals a coaching opportunity, while growth in Advanced over time shows your enablement investment is paying off. Hover over a column to view details. How quickly are learners reaching proficiency?: A column chart comparing how long it takes users to reach proficiency by different spans of time, per month. Use this chart to see how quickly practice translates into proficiency. A short ramp time suggests your Roleplay scenarios are appropriately scoped to your team's starting skill level, while longer ramp times might mean a scenario is too advanced.
