Understand the Content Popularity dashboard Updated July 15, 2026 07:00 Publishing content is only half the job. Knowing whether it's actually earning attention, and whether that attention is reaching buyers, is what tells you where to invest next. The Content Popularity dashboard shows how your content is performing across views, downloads, viewing time, and Shares, so you can double down on what's working and retire what isn't. Tip: This dashboard is available as a template in the Dashboard Builder, allowing you to customize each chart and the layout to make it your own. Back to top Review the KPIs and charts At the top of the dashboard, five KPIs summarize asset activity for your filtered date range: Seller views: the combined number of times each asset was viewed by internal users. Seller viewing time: the combined total time internal users spent viewing each asset. Assets shared: the number of assets shared through a direct Share. Assets included in Shared Spaces: the number of assets included in at least one Shared Space. Assets downloaded: the number of assets downloaded by sellers and buyers. Below the KPIs, three charts and a table break down performance in more detail. Seller interest: A pie chart showing the seller interest grades for your assets, from A (top-performing) to E (underperforming). Use this chart to see how your content stacks up at a glance. A cluster of assets in D and E grades signals content that isn't earning attention and may be worth refreshing or retiring. Hover over a section to view details. Click a field in the legend to hide or reveal it on the chart. Seller views, seller downloads, and seller viewing time by asset type: A bar chart comparing asset activity by asset type. Use this chart to see which asset types actually get used. If documents dominate while videos lag, that's a signal for where to invest your next content push. Click the dropdown in the upper-left corner to switch between views, downloads, and viewing time. Hover over a bar to view details. Seller views with buyer interactions: A combination chart comparing seller views, buyer views, and assets with activity by month. Use this chart to connect internal effort with external results. If seller views are climbing but buyer views and active assets stay flat, your team may be viewing content without successfully sharing it forward. Hover over a point to view details. Click a field in the legend to hide or reveal it on the chart. Click and drag a box to narrow the focus of the chart. Click Clear filter when done. How do sellers engage with each asset?: A table breaking down seller and buyer engagement by asset, with columns for Asset name, Asset type, Seller views, Seller viewers, Seller viewing time, Seller downloads, Buyer views, Buyer viewers, Buyer viewing time, and Buyer downloads. Use this table to move from a high-level view to the specific asset. Sort by seller downloads or buyer views to find your top performers, or by low seller views to flag content that might be time to retire. Click a column heading to sort by that column. Hover between column headings and click and drag to adjust column width. Scroll left and right to view all columns.
