Divisions: choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) the Divisions you select. User groups: choose to include (match ANY) or exclude (match NONE) the user groups you select. Back to top Review the KPIs and charts At the top of the dashboard, three KPIs summarize activity for your filtered date range: Active sellers: the number of sellers using Field Seller Agent to prepare for and follow up with meetings. Meetings captured: the number of meetings tracked by the Field Seller Agent. Capture rate: the percentage of meetings with notes. Below the KPIs, two charts break down adoption in more detail. Is the Field Seller Agent adoption growing?: A line chart plotting active sellers over time. Use this chart to see whether adoption is growing along with your rollout. A steady climb means more sellers are turning to Field Seller Agent on their own, while a declining trend might mean it's time to reintroduce the tool to your team. Hover over a point to view details. Click and drag a box to narrow the focus of the chart. Click Clear filter when done. How are sellers taking notes?: A donut chart comparing the number of notes captured by photo, voice, and text. Use this chart to see which capture method your sellers actually reach for in the field, so you can tailor training and messaging to how they really work, not just how the feature was designed. Hover over a section to view details. Click a section to filter the dashboard by that note-taking method. Click a field in the legend to hide or reveal it on the chart. Back to top Track seller follow-up metrics How are sellers following up after meetings?: A table listing follow-up activity by seller, with columns for User full name, Meetings synced, Meetings viewed, Notes created, CRM update proposals, and CRM updated. Use this table to see whether sellers are turning captured notes into action. A seller with plenty of notes created but few CRM updates or synced meetings might need a nudge to close the loop. Click a column heading to sort by that column. Hover between column headings and click and drag to adjust column width. Scroll left and right to view all columns.
