Understand the Showpad Adoption dashboard Updated July 15, 2026 07:00 Introducing Showpad to your team is only the first step. Determining whether they are actively using the platform can be difficult without digging through multiple reports. The Showpad Adoption dashboard solves this by showing exactly who is active, which platforms they use, and which user groups are leading or lagging, all in one place. Tip: This dashboard is available as a template in the Dashboard Builder, allowing you to customize each chart and the layout to make it your own. Back to top Review the KPIs and charts At the top of the dashboard, three KPIs summarize activity for your filtered date range: Total users: the number of Showpad users in your organization. Active users: the number of users with at least one recorded activity. % active users: the percentage of users with at least one recorded activity. Below the KPIs, six charts break down adoption in more detail. How is active usage trending monthly?: A line chart plotting the number of active users by month. Use this chart to track adoption at a glance. A steady or rising monthly trend indicates that Showpad is becoming part of your team's routine, while a decline might signal it's time to re-engage inactive users. Hover over a point to view details. Click and drag a box to narrow the focus of the chart. Click Clear filter when done. How is daily active usage trending?: A line chart plotting the number of active users per day. Use this chart to spot daily patterns and short-term dips, like a slow start after a holiday or a spike around a sales kickoff, that a monthly view would smooth over. Hover over a point to view details. Click and drag a box to narrow the focus of the chart. Click Clear filter when done. Where are users starting their sessions?: A bar chart comparing the number of user sessions per Showpad app category, such as mobile, web, or plugin. Use this chart to see which platform drives most of your team's activity, so you can focus training and support on the platform they actually use. Hover over a bar to view details. Click a bar to hide or reveal it on the chart. Click Clear filter when done. Note: A session is any set of actions performed in Showpad, and it closes after 30 minutes of inactivity. Which user groups are most active?: A bar chart comparing the top user groups measured by days active. Use this chart to compare engagement across teams. A user group that lags well behind the others is a good candidate for a closer look or a refresher on how Showpad fits into their workflow. Hover over a bar to view details. Click a bar to hide or reveal it on the chart. Click Clear filter when done. Who are the most active users?: A bar chart comparing the top Showpad users measured by days active. Use this chart to identify your power users and spot when the same few names are doing most of the work, which can signal uneven adoption across your team. Hover over a bar to view details. Click a bar to hide or reveal it on the chart. Click Clear filter when done. How active is each user group?: A table showing user activity broken down by user group, with columns for User group name, Total users, Active users, and % active users. Use this to follow up with the right group by name, total, active users, or the percentage of active users. Click a column heading to sort by that column. Hover between column headings and click and drag to adjust column width. Scroll left and right to view all columns.
