Understand the Buyer Interactions dashboard Updated July 15, 2026 07:00 Sharing content with a buyer isn't the same as knowing they opened it. The Buyer Interactions dashboard shows how much of what your team shares actually reaches and engages buyers, so you can distinguish between sharing activity and genuine buyer interest. Tip: This dashboard is available as a template in the Dashboard Builder, allowing you to customize each chart and the layout to make it your own. See how it looks Key features See shareable assets, share rate, and buyer view rate for your organization at a glance See which platforms your team shares from the most Compare sharing volume with buyer viewing over time Track your sharing and engagement rates as trends Drill into buyer engagement for any individual asset You need this to succeed Plan: eOS Expert, eOS Advanced, eOS Professional Legacy plan: Showpad Coach Essential, Showpad Content Essential, or higher Permissions: Administrator, Promoted Member with Reporting permission Prerequisites: Activity within your Showpad instance The quick way Open the Buyer Interactions dashboard Filter your data Review the KPIs and charts Download or schedule your data Do this step by step Open the Buyer Interactions dashboard Navigate to the Analytics tab in the Admin App. In the left menu, expand Buyer Engagement and select Buyer Interactions. Back to top Review the KPIs and charts At the top of the dashboard, four KPIs summarize buyer engagement for your filtered date range: Shareable assets: the number of assets that can be shared with external buyers. % assets being shared: the percentage of assets that have been shared at least once. % assets in Shared Spaces: the percentage of assets included in at least one Shared Space. % shared assets viewed by recipient: the percentage of shared assets viewed by an external buyer. Below the KPIs, four charts and a table break down buyer engagement in more detail. Where are Shares being sent from?: A pie chart comparing the number of Shares sent from different Showpad platforms, such as iOS, Web App, or the Gmail plugin. Use this chart to see which platform your sellers rely on most to share content. Hover over a section to view details. Click a field in the legend to hide or reveal it on the chart. How are assets being shared and viewed each month?: A column chart comparing the number of assets in direct Shares, assets in Shared Spaces, and assets viewed by buyers, by month. Use this chart to compare sharing volume with buyer follow-through each month. A wide gap between assets shared and assets viewed by buyers means a lot of what's going out isn't getting opened. Hover over a bar to view details. Click a field in the legend to hide or reveal it on the chart. How are engagement rates trending over time?: A line chart plotting the percentage of assets being shared, the percentage of assets in Shared Spaces, and the percentage of shared assets viewed by recipients, over time. Use this chart to track your sharing funnel as a rate, not just a raw count, so you can see whether the share of assets that get shared, land in a Shared Space, and actually get viewed is improving over time. Hover over a point to view details. Click a field in the legend to hide or reveal it on the chart. Click and drag a box to narrow the focus of the chart. Click Clear filter when done. How does seller sharing compare to buyer viewing?: A line chart comparing sellers sharing assets with buyers viewing assets, over time. Use this chart to see whether seller effort and buyer interest move together. If seller sharing keeps climbing while buyer viewing stays flat, that's a sign your content or outreach isn't landing with buyers. Hover over a point to view details. Click a field in the legend to hide or reveal it on the chart. Click and drag a box to narrow the focus of the chart. Click Clear filter when done. How do buyers engage with each asset?: A table breaking down buyer engagement by asset, with columns for Asset name, Asset type, Total Shares, Included in Shared Spaces, Buyer views, and Buyer viewers. Use this table to find exactly which assets buyers are engaging with, and which ones are being shared but going unopened, so you know where to follow up. Click a column heading to sort by that column. Hover between column headings and click and drag to adjust column width. Scroll left and right to view all columns.
