Preparing for a new Analytics Overview Updated June 17, 2026 07:00 In July, we’re replacing the current Analytics Overview page with a redesigned landing page that gives you a faster, clearer picture of your Showpad health. Instead of dashboard summary cards and favorites, you'll land on a page with key metrics and trend charts you can filter by date range, Division, user group, and tag.What's changingThe current Overview page, which displays dashboard summary cards and a Favorites section, will be replaced. You don't need to do anything. When the July release goes live, the new page will be the default landing page when you open the Analytics tab in the Admin App.The new Analytics Overview includes:Four key metrics displayed at the top of the page: Active Users, Total Views, % Users Sharing Content, and % Users Creating Shared Spaces.Four trend charts: User engagement trends, Content views over time, Monthly active users, and Asset sharing & Buyer reach.Global filters that apply to all metrics and charts on the page: Activity started at, Has activity, Divisions, Tags, and User groups.A data export so you can download, share, and schedule the overview.Analytics AI (Beta)You'll also see Analytics AI at the top of the new Overview page. Analytics AI is an AI-powered assistant that lets you ask natural-language questions about your data and returns an answer as text and a chart. You’ll be able to add charts from Analytics AI answers to any of your Custom Dashboards.Note: Analytics AI is in beta. We encourage you to give feedback on the responses you receive.Access existing dashboardsThe existing dashboards and reports in the Analytics tab are not leaving.
