Prepare for the removal of the Export Data Bank

We're streamlining how you access and manage your reporting data. To ensure a more unified experience, the Export Data Bank functionality will be removed from the Coach Reports section of the Admin App. You can continue to access the detailed data you need through the robust reporting and export options available in your standard Course and User reports.

On May 6, 2026, the Export Data Bank will be removed from the Coach Reports menu. Follow the steps below to export the same data using the available Course and User reports.

1. Navigate to the Analytics tab and select Coach.
2. Select either the Course or User report.
3. To mirror the data previously found in the Export Data Bank, ensure you add the Curriculum Title column to your report view. To do so, select the Curriculum Title from the left-side menu by clicking the eye icon. 
4. Click the export icon to download your report as a CSV file.
