The Genie Assistant interface will be localized across the Web and iOS apps, so buttons, labels, and menus appear in your language alongside the answers. Genie already responds in whatever language you use to ask a question, and this update aligns the surrounding experience with support across Showpad's full set of end-user languages. Whether your sellers work in German, French, Japanese, or any of the other supported languages, Genie will feel like a natural part of their everyday workflow. Six ready-to-use AI agent templates in Genie Agent Studio Admin App Getting started with AI agents will become much easier. We'll introduce six pre-built agent templates in the new Genie Agent Studio under Admin Settings. Each is designed around a common sales workflow: Competitive Intelligence, Prospect Research, Comparison, Outreach, and Contracts. Instead of building from scratch, admins can add a template with a single click and then make it their own by adjusting the prompt and tool configuration to match how their team works. It's a faster way to put practical, purpose-built AI assistance into the hands of your sellers, right out of the box. Genie Assistant comes to Showpad for iOS iOS Genie will soon be in your pocket. The Genie Assistant is coming to the Showpad iOS app, bringing the AI-powered assistant experience to mobile so sellers can get answers and take action wherever they are. From asking questions and surfacing the right content to drafting emails and picking up suggested conversation starters, Genie on iOS delivers the same responsive, contextual experience sellers rely on at their desks, now optimized for life on the move. New connectors: Showpad in your AI ecosystem Admin App Your AI agents are about to become much more useful in the field. We're building MCP-based integrations with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Salesforce Agentforce, and Glean so that AI agents can pull data from Showpad and surface the right content, answers, and context directly within the workflows your sellers and enablement teams already use. No context switching. No hunting. We're also connecting Showpad's GenieAI to ZoomInfo's Sales Intelligence data through a native Genie connector. That means your reps can get richer buyer and account context without ever leaving Showpad, grounding every conversation in up-to-date, verified intelligence at the moment it matters. And for sellers who live in Microsoft Teams: instant buyer engagement notifications are on the way. The moment a buyer opens a Share, interacts with a Shared Space, or engages with an email, your rep gets a notification right in Teams so they can follow up fast, while the conversation is still warm. More manager visibility and smarter feedback for Roleplay AI Web App | My Team hub Currently, managers can review the Virtual Coach feedback in their My Team hub. With the upcoming release, you'll also be able to view the transcript and video or audio recording of your users' submitted Roleplay conversations, right alongside that feedback, so you get a fuller picture of your team's progress. Also coming in July: your team will see more accurate scores, post-roleplay feedback that's more concise and linked to specific moments in the conversation, and an AI practice partner that opens conversations naturally and stays on topic throughout. Pronunciation Dictionary for Roleplay AI and beta Brainshark narration Admin App Admins will soon be able to manage how AI voices pronounce unique words, acronyms, and brand names across your organization. The Pronunciation Dictionary lets you add terms and define their pronunciations using text substitutions (aliases) or phonetic symbols (phonemes). Aliases work across real-time Roleplays and beta Brainshark narration. Phonemes are English-only and apply to beta Brainshark narration. Brainsharks with Authoring AI coming to Showpad (Beta) Admin App Brainsharks are interactive, narrated slide decks created with AI authoring that help you deliver engaging training and sales content to your teams We’re bringing Brainsharks into Showpad as a native content type. In this early beta, admins will be able to manage Brainsharks directly within Showpad and distribute them through familiar tools like Experiences, Spotlights, and Announcements, while sellers can surface Brainsharks as part of their everyday workflows. As a first step in our deeper Brainshark integration, this beta focuses on a set of capabilities, with more to follow in upcoming releases. Availability is rolling out gradually, so specific features may vary as the beta progresses. Improved Reusable Sections in Pages now generally available Admin App Reusable Sections are centrally managed content blocks that can be saved and reused across multiple Pages. Ideal for standardized headers, branded footers, or key call-to-action elements, these elements help you work more efficiently while maintaining content control and consistency. Reusable Sections have been in beta since 2024 and will be released soon with improvements based on your feedback, such as the ability to unlink a Reusable Section, duplicate sections, and specify a name for Reusable Sections so they can be easily identified. Undo and Redo actions in the Page Builder Admin App In July, admins will have a helpful safety net with the introduction of session-based Undo and Redo capabilities within the Page Builder. You will be able to quickly revert recent mistakes, including accidental block deletions, layout shifts, text edits, and setting toggles, using standard keyboard shortcuts or on-screen buttons. The system safely tracks your last 20 actions during your active building session, reducing the fear of breaking things and making the Page creation process much more flexible. Support for GIFs within Pages Admin App In July, Image blocks in Pages will support GIF files, including both animated and static formats, giving admins more options for designing dynamic, engaging Pages. Enhanced Homepages capabilities Admin App In the upcoming release, enhancements and new capabilities are coming to Homepages to make them on par with Showpad Pages. Admins will soon be able to seamlessly create and manage both new and existing Homepages with zero extra effort, enjoying advanced features such as global search, the ability to share Homepages across Libraries, and the option to link to Advanced Experiences sub-nodes. Additionally, you can now add Reusable Sections to Homepages and leverage the highly requested ability to assign Homepages directly to individual users. Get ready for a more streamlined, flexible, and efficient way to customize your organization's Homepage experience. Search AI for Shared Spaces Web App | iOS | Windows Desktop App Buyers and sellers will soon be able to ask questions and receive AI-powered answers sourced directly from content in a Shared Space. Instead of browsing manually, participants can type a question and get a direct answer with links to the relevant files. Admins can enable or disable the AI search functionality for all Shared Spaces, and, if enabled, sellers can turn it on or off for individual Shared Spaces. Greater control over Shared Space email notifications Admin App | Web App | Windows Desktop App Soon, admins and sellers will have much greater control over Shared Space email notifications to internal and external participants. Admins can set organization-wide defaults for all new Shared Spaces, which sellers can override when creating or editing individual Shared Spaces. Within a specific Shared Space, sellers can update notification settings for new participants only, or apply changes to all new and existing members. For granular control, individual participant settings can also be adjusted directly from the People window. Shared Spaces Management Dashboard for sellers Web App | Windows Desktop App Sellers will soon gain access to the same powerful dashboard view that admins and managers already use. The new table view, which will replace the current list view, enables you to sort and filter all your Shared Spaces at scale. You can customize columns to monitor key metrics at a glance, including the latest participant activity date, pending invites, comment volume, and file counts. Additionally, bulk actions allow you to select multiple Shared Spaces at once to transfer ownership, archive, activate, or delete them simultaneously. The familiar card view will still be available for a quick visual overview of your Shared Spaces. Faster, real-time answers with AI Search Web App AI Search will get dramatically faster. Instead of waiting for a complete answer, you'll see responses stream in real time, appearing word-by-word as they're generated, with clear status indicators that show when your query is being searched and when the answer is being written. Behind the scenes, we'll upgrade how answers are delivered, cutting the wait for complex questions from 20+ seconds down to around 5. The result will be a noticeably more responsive search experience that gets you to the information you need, quicker than ever. Admin-configurable Meeting Overview in Field Selling AI Admin App Soon, admins will be able to provide instructions that tell Field Meeting AI how to generate meeting overviews. For example, you can tell the agent to provide only structured fields, no free text. Or, always include a recap, key points, and products discussed. When left empty, the agent falls back to the recommended default settings. Elevate your meeting prep with the Field Selling AI Briefing tab Web App | iOS In July, we will introduce the Field Selling AI Briefing tab, a powerful new feature designed to give sellers a competitive edge before they even walk into a meeting. Powered by advanced AI, this tool automatically consolidates critical insights directly into Showpad, including urgent unresolved next steps, deal-stage recommendations, and tailored content suggestions based on past account engagement. By seamlessly connecting with your CRM, the briefing surfaces up to five high-priority discussion points to ensure you never miss a crucial detail or cross-selling opportunity. Best of all, proactive notifications will deliver these personalized briefs right to your fingertips exactly when you need them, turning meeting preparation into effortless wins. Capture and edit notes offline with Field Selling AI iOS Keep your sales momentum going even when your internet connection is patchy. Field Selling AI will soon work offline on iOS, allowing you to capture text, audio, or image notes anywhere you need to be. Using secure on-device intelligence, record audio, and edit or delete your offline notes directly on your device. Your progress will auto-save and upload automatically when you reconnect, creating meeting overviews and CRM updates. Additional CRM support for Field Selling AI Web App | iOS With the upcoming July release, sellers using SAP Sales Cloud or HubSpot will be able to connect their CRM account to Showpad, and Field Selling AI will handle writing post-meeting updates and logging the activity to the right opportunity records. AI adoption dashboards Admin App Two new dashboards are coming soon to help admins measure the impact of AI-powered coaching and field conversations. Both dashboards will be available to admins and Promoted Members in the Admin App on the Analytics tab. The Roleplay AI dashboard will highlight usage, completion rates, pass rates, score distributions, and assignment funnels across your organization. Meanwhile, the Field Selling AI dashboard will give you clear visibility into how AI-assisted field conversations translate directly into seller performance. Introducing the Dashboard Builder Admin App As an admin or Promoted Member, you'll soon be able to build and share custom analytics dashboards directly in Showpad. Start with a blank canvas or choose a ready-made template. You'll be able to select pre-designed chart and table templates, then add the metrics and filters that matter most to you and your leadership team. Apply global filters across your dashboard to update your charts and tables at once. Export or schedule regular deliveries in PDF or PNG format. Pre-built dashboard templates for Seller Adoption, Content Performance, and Buyer Signals will be available to help you get started quickly. Enhanced Analytics Overview Admin App We’re redesigning the Analytics Overview page to provide a cleaner, more intuitive data experience. Instead of dashboard summary cards and a Favorites section, admins and Promoted Members will land on a page that highlights key metrics and trend charts, helping them track performance at a glance. To focus the dashboard, you can apply global filters and export the overview as a PDF or PNG, or schedule it for regular email delivery. Don't worry, the existing dashboards and reports will still be available in the left menu of the Analytics tab. Prepare for upcoming Analytics Overview changes. Analytics AI (Beta) Admin App Analytics AI lets admins and Promoted Members ask questions about their data and returns answers in text and as a chart. Soon, you'll see beta Analytics AI at the top of the enhanced Analytics Overview page in the Admin App. Charts from Analytics AI answers can be pinned to any Custom Dashboard. New metrics and filters for custom dashboards and reports Admin App In July, admins and Promoted Members will have new ways to unlock more insights from Showpad analytics: Sales Performance Metrics: Pull win rates, closed-won revenue, closed-won deals, and average deal length directly from Salesforce opportunity data, mapping them to specific users and assets in Report Builder and Dashboard Builder. KPI Metrics: Add ratio- and percentage-based KPIs (like % Active Users or % Assets Shared) to custom dashboards and reports. The "Has Activity" Filter: Determine which users or assets are included in reports and dashboards based on engagement. Streamlined Report Builder Admin App Report Builder is getting a focused redesign in July. Chart functionality is moving to the Dashboard Builder, and the Report Builder is being streamlined into a dedicated data export tool. Admins and Promoted Members can configure data using the Dimensions and Measures dropdowns, preview the table before exporting, and toggle between View and Edit modes. In View mode, you can adjust filters and sort columns to explore data without affecting your saved configuration. In Edit mode, reports save automatically.
