What's Coming? Updated April 15, 2025 17:15 Shared Spaces management dashboard (Beta) ADMIN APP Shared Spaces enable sellers to collaborate with buyers and each other. Soon, admins will gain a clear overview of all the Shared Spaces in their organization, making it easy to find, organize, and act on relevant data. Admins can track participant interactions and seamlessly transfer ownership when needed. This feature streamlines management, enhances collaboration, and maximizes the impact of Shared Spaces. The feature will be available in beta and we encourage you to share your feedback directly in the dashboard. Enhanced user management ADMIN APP Improvements to user and user group management coming to the Admin App will make it easier to manage organizations at scale and provide parity with the functionality admins were comfortable with in the Online Platform. Among many enhancements to the users page, added filters will enable admins to refine their user list and apply changes to the applicable users. New options will allow admins to resend invitations to specific users and quickly see license usage. An additional country field will be added to user’s details, allowing for greater regional customization. In the user groups tab, admins will soon be able to filter user groups and delete them in bulk, streamlining the management of multiple groups at once. We’re also adding more data visibility, allowing admins to see active and deactivated users within a group. Additionally, clicking the group name will open a list of all group members. User management CSV import and export improvements ADMIN APP New fields will be added to the user export and import CSV and XLS templates to give admins more ability to perform bulk edits. With these additional columns, admins will have a more holistic data set to export with their user list, make edits, and import it. Automation Rules: new user and scheduler trigger events ADMIN APP Automation Rules help admins automate repetitive tasks, freeing them to focus on more important work. Soon, admins will be able to delegate even more actions to Showpad. To streamline user management, we're introducing a new action to the User completed Course trigger event, which automatically deactivates users upon Course completion. We are also adding two new trigger events: New user created: Automatically adds new users to groups based on specific conditions. User details changed: Adds or removes users from groups when their details are updated. Lastly, we’re adding a Scheduler event allowing admins to archive content at specific intervals automatically. These enhancements will save admins valuable time and accelerate user and asset management. LibraryIQ ADMIN APP LibraryIQ assistance will soon be available in the Admin App to help you save time and resources. Under the Health section of the Libraries tab, admins will find AI-powered suggestions for improving their Files library. LibraryIQ identifies assets needing attention and organizes them into relevant groupings, making it easier to spot gaps and take action quickly. Admins will be able to spot and remove exact duplicate assets, identify and link localized assets, and recognize and assign language properties to assets. These insights help keep your library well-structured, reducing clutter and improving content discoverability. Mark Courses as completed WEB APP Admins need a way to track Course completions outside of Showpad. That’s why we’re introducing the ability for admins to mark Courses as completed. Soon, admins will be able to mark a single Course as completed for one user, for multiple users at once, or multiple Courses for a single user. This new option ensures completions are accurately recorded, even when a Course is updated, broken into smaller units, or migrated from another system. New language support ALL DEVICES In an effort to support sellers in their native language, we’re adding support for Dutch.
