If you haven't explored the beta Admin App yet, you can switch over now ahead of the February release. Read more about the Admin App and get ready to embrace the new standard in admin functionality. Improving the asset detail panel ADMIN APP Updates are on their way to improve the asset detail panel within the Admin App Libraries page to enhance efficiency and streamline your workflow. Firstly, we’re introducing inline editing, reducing the number of clicks needed to update an asset’s information. You’ll also be able to keep your preferred view because Showpad will remember which side panel sections you collapsed versus expanded during your last visit. Auto-suggestions for tags will help you quickly find and assign the relevant tags to your assets, to help you stay organized and maintain searchability in your Libraries. Finally, a new field in the asset detail panel will display the last uploaded data for your file. Content recommendations in MS Dynamics CRM Coming soon, content recommendations in the Showpad Insights App for Microsoft Dynamics will suggest the most relevant content for your sellers’ conversations. Recommended content is based on metadata in the CRM and curated recommendation rules. Sellers will be able to share assets directly from MS Dynamics via email or link, or present them within the CRM widget itself. Enhanced iOS support for the Chinese Apple Store iOS Amendments to the Showpad for iOS app are coming to ensure uninterrupted mobile access to sellers in the Chinese market. These updates will empower global sellers to stay connected and deliver their best everywhere. The existing app version will continue to work, but we recommend downloading the latest version for access to all of the latest updates and support. Mobile search enhancements iOS Sellers will soon be able to find and filter content on the Showpad iOS App more easily. The new search page has a simpler design, making navigation and finding content easier. With advanced search options and better filters, you can easily run complex queries. The new filtering system, aligned with the Web App, ensures consistent and efficient searching across platforms. Improved AEM Asset Connect Integration AEM A new and improved Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Integration will replace the current solution, providing smoother performance, better reliability, and faster support. This integration enables admins to sync documents, properties, and permissions from AEM to Showpad while optimizing them for web and mobile usage. SCORM Reports ADMIN APP Soon, admins will be able to bulk export SCORM Course data directly from Coach Reports, eliminating the need to review individual records. You’ll find SCORM Reports in the Coach Reports section of the Analytics tab. The reports allow you to view, sort, and export SCORM data seamlessly. The export formats are compatible with BI tools for advanced analysis. Additionally, SCORM Reports allow flexible access through both the Admin App and API for reporting and integration. Tag and tag category improvements ADMIN APP Tags and categories are key to content management, and soon admins will have greater control and flexibility. Use drag-and-drop to move tags between categories or rearrange tag categories for a more logical structure. In the file detail panel, categories are automatically sorted by type, library, and position, improving navigation and accessibility. These updates streamline workflows, making tag management faster and more efficient. Shared Space templates ADMIN APP Shared Space templates empower admins to create on-brand, pre-filled templates tailored to specific selling scenarios. Soon, the Shared Space Template library will include expanded management options and usage insights. Admins will see which templates are favored and be able to quickly duplicate popular templates, reducing setup time. Deprecating Coach Discussions ADMIN APP Last May, we sunset the Discussions feature from the Coach Course viewer. With the upcoming February release, we’re finalizing the deprecation of discussions and removing the feature from the Online Platform Collaboration tab and the users’ Social tab. We continue to recommend redirecting users to the course feedback feature, so they can continue to share actionable insights with course authors in a cleaner, more streamlined experience.
