When enabled, external recipients of email and link Shares, as well as all participants in Shared Spaces, won't see document annotations. Internal Showpad users can still view, add, and edit annotations within their personal Collections and My Files.Auto-expire SharesTo ensure shared information is not accessible indefinitely, enable the Auto-expire Shares toggle. This setting applies to all new content shared via email or link. Shares sent before this setting is enabled are not affected. Sellers can choose a shorter expiration limit when sharing, but they cannot extend it beyond the timeframe you define.To set the expiry period, click Auto-expire Shares to expand the section.Select a timeframe from the Auto-expire Shares after drop-down: 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or Custom (up to 1825 days).Click Save.
