Contact your administrator or Showpad Account Manager for more information about AI Bundle eligibility. The quick way Navigate to Settings and select Glossary. Click Add terms. Create new terms individually or Import CSV file. Edit, delete, and download your glossary terms. Do this step by step You can build your glossary by adding terms one by one or by uploading a bulk list. This ensures that when sellers use Showpad’s Field Meeting AI to capture voice notes, the AI recognizes your specific product names and industry jargon. Note: Localized English audio (e.g., en-AU) is currently treated as en-US for transcriptions. Navigate to the glossary In the Admin App, click the gear icon to open Settings. Select Glossary from the left side menu. Add terms manually Click Add terms and select Create new terms. Enter a word or phrase in the Term field. You can optionally add a definition of the term. Note: Terms have a 255-character limit. Special or accented characters (e.g., ó) will be normalized to their plain versions. Check Create another if you want to add multiple terms in sequence. Click Create. Back to Top Import terms using a CSV file If you have a large list of proprietary keywords, you can upload them all at once. Click Add terms and select Import CSV file. Click Download the template here to ensure your file is formatted correctly. The first row must include the headers, term and definition. Only values in the term column are required. You can include up to 1000 rows of terms per import. Click Continue. Drag and drop your CSV file or select it from your device, then click Continue. Review the list. Click the minus sign to exclude a term or the plus sign to re-add one.Note that if terms are already in the glossary, they will be marked as duplicates and won't be imported. Click Import terms. Back to Top Manage glossary terms You can update your definitions or remove outdated terminology at any time to keep your AI outputs relevant. Use the search bar to find a specific keyword in your list. To sort the list in ascending or descending order, click the column headers: Term or Last updated. A third click will return you to the most relevant search result. Click on any term to open the detail panel. Here you can see the author and the date the term was last updated. To edit the term name, click it at the top of the detail panel, make your changes, and click Save changes. To update the definition, click it in the Overview section, edit as needed, and click Save changes. Click the trash icon to delete a term. Or, to delete terms in bulk, select the checkboxes next to the terms in the main list and click Delete in the action bar. Click Delete in the pop-up to confirm. To download all the terms in your glossary, click the three dot menu in the lower right next to the page navigation and select Export to CSV.
