Prospects may overlook or ignore important Shares, reducing the chances of engagement and slowing down the sales process. Ultimately, this can hinder relationship-building efforts and decrease the overall effectiveness of sales strategies. You can take several steps to ensure a Share doesn't end up in a customer or prospect's spam folder. Additionally, you can set up sending domains to personalize the sender's email in a Share. Default email body When sellers send Shares to their prospects, they must include content in the email body. Empty Share emails containing only a link can look suspicious to spam filters. To ensure there's always content in the email body of their Shares, users can set a default email body on their mobile devices. Create email templates You can make it simple for sellers to include content in the email body of their Shares by creating email templates. The templates you create and assign to Experiences are accessible to users when they share content via email on the Web App, Windows Desktop App, and iOS. Set up your sending domain within Showpad By default, Shares are sent from our "share@showpad.com" email address. When you allow Showpad to send Shares from your domain, Email Shares are sent from the user's email address, making it less likely that they will end up in the spam folder.
