Manage integrations with Showpad Updated February 05, 2025 08:06 As an administrator, you can enable or disable integrations with your Showpad instance. Enabling integrations with Showpad allows seamless access to external tools, boosting user productivity and collaboration. It also streamlines workflows by centralizing content, CRM data, and communication. Scroll to the Integrations sections. Select an integration to connect, manage, or enable. Do this step by step The options described here depend on your plan. This is a brief overview of the following integrations and refer to additional resources for more information. API CRM SharePoint Marketo Webhooks Microsoft Office Google Slides API The API page provides information and tools related to the Showpad API. You can use these tools to access Showpad data and functionality, such as creating, editing, and deleting files and users. It includes: API Explorer to try out Showpad API calls. Manage OAuth Clients to handle OAuth Access tokens. API Tokens to interact with other apps. API Explorer Click API Explorer to open a new browser tab directly on the References section in our Developer Portal. Here, you can select an API version, explore all its endpoints (including their parameters), and test your API calls. Note: To test your API calls, you must provide your Showpad subdomain and API token. For more information, please refer to this article on our Developer Portal. Manage OAuth Clients OAuth is a standard that apps can use to provide client applications with secure access. It works over HTTPS and authorizes devices, APIs, servers, and applications with access tokens rather than credentials. Click Manage OAuth Clients to view all OAuth clients. To filter the listed clients created by this account, authorized by any user, or authorized by me, click View. Click a client to view additional details in the right column. To add a new client, click the + icon. Fill in the form and include: Name: We recommend a clear name for the OAuth client so it's easy to find. Redirect URL: The callback URL. Description: Provide a summary of the integration. Website: This is for context purposes only. It doesn't affect the functioning of the OAuth client. Your preferred refresh and lifetime options. Client-side: Showpad URL: Your Showpad domain (https://OrganizationName.showpad.biz) Client ID: Generated after completing the form in Showpad. Client Secret: Generated after completing the form in Showpad. Once created, your Client ID is displayed. You can view or copy the Secret by clicking the eye icon or copy icon next to the Secret. Note: For more technical information, please refer to this article on our Developer Portal. API Tokens Generate a new API token by providing a name and an expiry date. Revoke an issued token you no longer need by clicking Revoke next to the token in the list. Back to Top CRM Connecting to a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system enables sales teams to deliver more personalized and informed interactions while streamlining their workflow. The CRM page lets you connect to, view details about, and delete integrations with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and C4C. You can also enable logging by default to ensure your Share activity is logged to your CRM integration(s). You can also connect a CRM outside of our standard, out-of-the-box options using our custom CRM connector. If you’ve connected to SharePoint through this integration connection, your existing connections will continue functioning normally until sometime in 2026.
