Configure Courses with Course Builder

Courses make up the most essential aspect of training, as they contain all the learning materials for your users. By enrolling users in Courses, you can assess your sales reps' understanding of the provided information and feel confident knowing they are better equipped with the knowledge to sell effectively. Courses can stand alone, or you can include them in a Path.

A Course can consist of three modules: lessons, a test or survey, and a PitchIQ. You can include all three modules in a Course, or each can stand independently. Mix and match different modules to fit your goals, whether delivering lessons, testing knowledge, or practicing pitches.

Note: Courses will be recommended to users when viewing related assets in Showpad. The recommendations are based on whether the asset is used in one or more lessons within the Course or if the asset's title matches the title or description of the Course. Any Courses that the seller has already completed will not be shown.
