Manage Courses in the Courses library Updated March 11, 2025 16:04 You can access your Courses from the Courses tab on the Libraries page. The details panel provides quick access to Course information and metadata. With the Search and filter capabilities, finding the content you need is simple. You can also apply tags to multiple Courses at once. If your organization uses Divisions, select the relevant one from the drop-down menu in the upper left corner. From the left side menu, click Courses and select All Courses. At a glance, you can see the Course Title, Status, Added date, Last update date, Owner, Tags, Published date, and Publish on date. Click any column headers, except Owner and Tags, to sort the list by it. To select or deselect various columns, click the column icon in the header row. You can also rearrange the columns by selecting the left side hold icon and dragging and dropping them into your preferred order. Click Save. To find a Course, use the available filters: Curriculums, Status, Owners, Groups: Tags, and Competencies. You can also search for a Course by clicking the magnifying glass icon.Filter Courses that include ALL of the selected tags, ANY of the selected tags, or NONE of the selected tags. To create a new Course navigate to the following article: Create a Course. Click on a Course to view the details panel. To preview the Course, click the Course thumbnail. The Course Viewer opens in a new browser tab. To edit the title, Hover over the Course title and click the pencil icon to edit it. Click Save. changes. In the Details tab, view and edit the following details about the Course: Overview: Click the pencil icon to edit the Description and Owner. Click Save changes when done. Added and updated dates Description Course owner Link to Course: Click the copy icon to save the URL to your clipboard. Course insights Time to completion Course insights on how many users have started and completed it Course components Assignees: Click the pencil icon to edit the assignees. The Course Builder opens on the Assign tab. User groups assigned Individuals assigned Used in Relevant Paths featuring the Course: Click Paths to view a list of Paths the Course is used in. Sort the Paths by Name and Status. Click a Path name to open the Path Builder in a new browser tab. Click Close when done. Tags: Click the pencil icon to edit the tags. Click Save changes when done. Global tags assigned to the Course Local tags assigned to the Course Curriculums: Click the pencil icon to edit the Curriculums. Click Save changes when done Competencies: Click the pencil icon to edit the Competencies. Click Save changes when done. The Feedback tab displays user comments about the Course to guide you in making Course enhancements. You can resolve or dismiss the feedback. Learn more about exploring user feedback. To go to the Course Builder, click Edit Course. If a Course is published, click the people icon to view the Course in the My Team hub. To archive the Course, click the archive icon. If the Course is still in development, click the trash icon to delete it. To assign tags to multiple Courses, select the Courses from the library overview and click Edit. From the Tags dropdown menu, select if you want to: Keep as is: Select this option to not change the current tags assigned to the Course. Replace all: Select this option to replace all tags. Search and select the tags you wish to replace all the existing tags with, then click Save changes. Add new: Select this option to add additional tags to the Course. Search and select the tags you wish to add, then click Save changes. Find and remove: Select this option to remove certain tags from the Course. Search and select the tags you wish to find and remove, then click Save changes. Remove all: Select this option to remove all tags from the Course. Click Save changes.
