Download Course content

Your Courses hold valuable content you've likely invested significant time in creating. As an admin, downloading and saving the Course material you've developed or uploaded can be highly beneficial. This feature is useful for archiving, updating, or keeping a backup of the content you've created in Showpad.

You need this to succeed

Do this step by step

1. Navigate to the Libraries tab.
2. If your organization uses multiple Divisions, select the desired Division from the top-left dropdown menu.
3. In the left side menu, click Courses, then select All Courses.
4. Click on a Course to open the details panel and click Edit Course.
5. In the Course Builder, select a lesson.
6. From the three dot menu, select Settings.
7. In the Lesson Settings pane, check the Allow downloading of lesson assets checkbox.
8. Click Save at the top of the Course Builder.
9. Content can be saved and downloaded from the Course preview. Click the Preview button at the top of the Course Builder. A preview of the Course will open in a new browser tab.
10. Select the lesson you would like to download from the Course overview. Click the download icon in the top right corner of the lesson.
