View a report for a calculation Updated October 07, 2026 07:00 A report presents your calculation results using a branded template your administrator set up. Before you share anything with a prospect, open the report and review it. The report is what the prospect sees when you send a live report link or export a PDF, so confirm the numbers, assumptions, branding, and context are right before it leaves your hands. Back to top Review the report before sharing Check the following before sending the report to a prospect: Prospect name and context: confirm the details are correct for this opportunity. Currency and numbers: verify amounts match what you discussed with the prospect. Assumptions: review any default values used in the calculation and confirm they are accurate. Charts and totals: check that all sections rendered correctly. Language and brand: confirm the report uses the right language and visual identity for this prospect. Sharing output: Open the generated live report link to verify the permission level and confirm the prospect's view is correct, or open the exported PDF to check layout and page breaks. The internal report preview does not reflect prospect-facing permissions or PDF formatting. A live report link always shows the current calculation values. If you update the calculation after sharing, the prospect's view updates too. Review the report again after any material change to the calculation. A PDF captures the report at export time and does not update after sharing. Once you've reviewed the report, you can share a live link or export a PDF.
