Review and update a past calculation Updated October 07, 2026 07:00 Past Calculations shows your saved calculations, plus any others that colleagues have made visible to the organization. They're not a one-time snapshot. You can return to a calculation at any point in the sales cycle to update inputs, refine discovery answers, and generate fresh reports as the conversation with the prospect develops. The calculation stays linked to the same prospect and value model, so your history stays organized, and you're always building on what you've already done rather than starting over. See how it looks You need this to succeed Access to Showpad Value Factory in Showpad. At least one published value model available to your user or group. At least one saved calculation. Update prospect details, the model's inputs, and discovery questions as needed. Update any fields that have changed: Prospect details: correct the email, calculation name, or visibility setting if needed. Discovery responses and inputs: update answers and revise numbers as the conversation develops. Discovery answers capture qualitative context. Inputs feed the calculations directly. See Create a calculation for field descriptions and discovery guidance. Select Save to complete the calculation, Save & View Report to save and go directly to the report, or Save as draft to return to it later. Note: A calculation already marked as complete cannot be returned to draft status. If you have shared a live report link, updates are reflected immediately, so review the report after a material change. Previously exported PDFs and Google Slides decks are not updated automatically and must be regenerated.
