Transferring ownership maintains clear accountability and ensures Shared Spaces remain actively managed by the right person.Within Admin Settings, as an administrator, you can view all of the Shared Spaces in your organization. It is especially important when a deactivated user is still listed as the owner.When a Shared Space owner is deactivated, ownership is transferred to the most recently active internal user the next time an external participant logs into the Shared Space. This helps ensure buyers can still access the content and continue engaging.Note: If there are no other internal users in the Shared Space, external participants will lose access until a new owner is manually assigned.Click the gear icon to open Settings in the Admin App.Click Shared Spaces in the left side menu to expand the section, and select All Shared Spaces.Locate one or more Shared Spaces you want to transfer ownership of. Use the search field or filter by Owners, Owner status, or Last activity.To identify Shared Spaces that require a new owner due to deactivation, filter by Owner status: Deactivated. To narrow it down to Shared Spaces where buyers have lost access, check the Internal participant column. If the number is one or lower, no other active internal users are assigned.To transfer one Shared Space, click on it, then click Transfer ownership at the top of the detail panel.To transfer one or more Shared Spaces, select them by checking the box next to each one and then click Transfer ownership at the top. You can select all the Shared Spaces on the page you’re viewing by selecting the all items checkbox in the top bar.Search for and select a New owner for the Shared Space(s).Optionally, add a Personal note for the new owner.Click Transfer ownership. The new owner will receive an email notification with a link to the Shared Space(s) and your message.
