As an administrator, you can view and manage all Shared Spaces in your organization, helping you track team collaboration with colleagues and customers. Access detailed insights for each Shared Space to assess its health and impact, identify areas for improvement, and enhance buyer experiences. Use this data to guide users and ensure Shared Spaces are used effectively to support organizational goals. Click on a Shared Space and select the Engagement insights icon in the detail panel. Learn about participant engagement and content performance in the Shared Space. Do this step by step Click the gear icon to Settings in the Admin App. Click Buyer Engagement in the left side menu to expand the section, and select Shared Spaces. Click on a Shared Space to open its detail panel. Click the Engagement insights icon to see a summary of participant involvement over the last 90 days. The featured metrics at the top show the number of active participants, total participants, pending invites (if any), and days since the last external participant visited the Shared Space. Scroll down to see how engaged the external and internal participants have been. You’ll see their user name, the number of content views and comments, and the date of their last visit. Lastly, scroll down to discover how buyers engage with the Shared Space content. For each file, see how many times and for how long it was viewed. Also, see who has viewed the file the most, how many comments it has, and when it was last viewed.
