Course Completion: Are my sales users completing Courses?

Get a clearer view of whether users are completing their assigned Courses. Discover insights like the top five Courses by completion rate. Note, this dashboard only tracks mandatory Courses assigned to users and does not include elective Courses.

The dashboard is divided into the following sections:

• Filtering
• Trends
• Courses by status

Filtering

Apply filters based on Division and Course to alter the data in this dashboard. By default, you'll see My divisions, which includes all the divisions you have access to.

There are three options for filtering Courses for this dashboard:

• All Courses
• Required with due date
• Specific Course - If you select this option, you can then choose the Course from a dropdown menu.

You can hover over filters and click on the three dot menu to Reset the data to the default filters or Refresh the available options. Note that different filters have different options.

Trends

The first box shows the percentage of Courses completed that were assigned in the past 90 days.

The second box shows the percentage of Courses completed out of those that were started, which were assigned in the past 90 days.

The third box presents the total number of Courses assigned to users in the last 90 days. The smaller values indicate the trend of this value over time. The arrow indicates if the percentage of users completing their Courses is trending up or down compared to the previous 90 days.

Below the trends section, a blue box informs you that you can remind users to complete their Courses.

Courses by status

This graph displays data related to Course completion status. On the horizontal graph, you can see a structural comparison of Courses by their status.

All mandatory Courses are divided into the following categories:

• Not started
• In progress
• Overdue
• Completed

The bar below provides the same information but for the previous 90 days, allowing for easy comparison.

Additionally, the top five Courses based on completion rate for the past 90 days are displayed as well as the percentage of assigned users that have completed these Courses.
