Manually add content to a Classic Experience Updated December 05, 2025 16:46 Experiences allow you to organize your content and distribute it to relevant users or user groups in Showpad. Once you’ve created an Experience and set up a folder structure, your next step is to add content from your Content Library to the Experience Builder, where you can edit your Experience. There are two ways to add content to an Experience: Manually by searching for and selecting content Automatically by using Smart Folders See how it works Key features Search and select assets to add to Classic Experiences and their folders Add Pages, documents, presentations, URL assets, images, videos, and 3D models You need this to succeed Plan: eOS Expert, eOS Advanced, eOS Professional Legacy plan: Showpad Content Essential or higher Permissions: Administrator, Promoted Member with Content permission Prerequisites: An existing Experience Assets in your Files and Pages libraries The quick way Select a Classic Experience from the Experiences library Click Open Experience Builder Open a folder Search or filter for content Drag and drop assets into the Experience Do this step by step Add content manually Navigate to the Libraries tab. Select the desired Division from the top-left dropdown menu if your organization uses multiple Divisions. Click Experiences in the left-side menu. Select a Classic Experience from the Experiences library. At the top of the Experience detail panel, click Open Experience Builder. Navigate to and open the folder you want to add content to. Use the advanced filters to find the files and Pages you want to add to the Experience. Click here to reveal a table of available file and Page attributes to filter by.This table details the available file and Page attributes and the operators that can be used with them. The attributes are grouped into four themes: File, Data, Date, and Other. This includes in-app views, Shares, downloads, and adding to Shared Spaces. To see files and Pages with no seller activity, select Empty. Select a date from the calendar. With the is (=) or is not (!=) operator, you can select Empty. Choose custom for relative date options: Within: Set a number of days before today. Set a number of weeks before today. Set a number of months before today. More than: Set a number of days before today. Set a number of weeks before today. Set a number of months before today. It is measured over the last 3 months, using percentiles to rank files and Pages from A (Top Performing) to E (Underperforming) based on recipient views. Local files and Pages are compared to local files and Pages in the same Library/Division. Global files and Pagesare compared to all global files and Pages. Select a value: Top Performing (A) Strong (B) Solid (C) Limited (D) Underperforming (E) Seller interest is (=) is not (!=) The seller engagement performance grade. It is measured over the last 3 months, using percentiles to rank files and Pages from A (Top Performing) to E (Underperforming) based on in-app views. Local files and Pages are compared to local files and Pages in the same Library/Division. Slug is (=) is not (!=) Note: The value must have at least 5 characters. Drag and drop assets directly into your Experience or folder. To select multiple assets, press and hold the Command key and click on each asset you'd like to add. To select a range, press and hold the shift key and select the range of assets. Drag and drop them into the Experience. To remove an asset from a folder, hover over it, click the trash icon, and confirm on the pop-up. To arrange an asset within the folder, click, drag, then drop it into its new position. Add content automatically You can automatically add content to special folders called Smart Folders.
