Classic Experiences

    Create a Classic Experience to organize and distribute content

    Classic Experiences allow you to organize your content and distribute it to the relevant users or user groups in Showpad. In each Experience, you can set up a folder structure to organize your content exactly how you want. Well-structured Experiences ensure your users quickly find the information they need, allowing them to save time and focus on their conversations or tasks.

    Users see Experiences displayed on their Home Screen and Experiences tab as tiles. To make your Experiences recognizable, you can customize their design with a background, a Cover Image, a logo, and custom folder icons.

    Note: Cover images are visible to users on the Experiences page of Showpad's Web App, iOS App, and Gmail and Outlook plugins.

    You need this to succeed

    Plan: eOS Expert, eOS Advanced, eOS Professional
    Permissions: Administrator, Promoted Member with Content permission

    The quick way

    1. Navigate to the Libraries tab.
    2. Select Experiences from the left menu.
    3. Click the Create Experience button.
    4. Name the Experience, select the Classic Experience type, and click Create.

    Do this step by step

    1. Navigate to the Libraries tab.
    2. If your organization uses multiple Divisions, select the desired one from the top-left dropdown menu.
    3. Select Experiences from the left-side menu.
    4. Click the Create Experience button.
    5. Enter an Experience name and select Classic Experience.
    6. Click the Create button.
    7. Now, you can add content, create folders, and assign users and user groups to your new Experience.

    Tip: Establish the folder structure of your Classic Experience before adding content. Find out how to create and move folders.
