Share counts include content shared through email Shares, link Shares, and Shared Spaces. A session is logged whenever a user opens the Showpad app. A session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. Reports that include industry benchmarks compare your instance's usage to aggregated data from other Showpad customers in your industry and of a similar employee count. View time in Content and User Engagement reports is capped at 1 hour per interaction, stops after 10 minutes of inactivity or when a user switches tabs or apps, and still counts interactions as brief as 2 to 5 seconds. Look for a tip box with a lightbulb icon on some dashboards. It contains personalized recommendations based on data your users have generated.
