Understanding My Account Settings Updated June 24, 2024 17:20 As a user, you have control over how you appear in your Showpad account. You can add a personal touch to your Showpad account by adding a profile picture, completing your profile, and managing your email settings. If you’re unsatisfied with your picture, you can change it anytime by uploading a new one. If you'd prefer to keep photos out of it, you can always rely on the automatic monogram of your initials that will show up wherever a photo would. Log into your Showpad account, click your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, and select Settings. At the top of the My Account page, click the pencil icon to add a photo or to change the one already there. Supported formats are JPG, JPEG, and PNG. In the Edit Profile Picture pop-up window, select Change Photo, and select a photo from your computer. Once you’ve selected a photo, you can zoom in or out using the slider. Click and drag it to the area you'd like to highlight. The circle shows what others will see when your picture is displayed. You can remove or change your Profile Picture anytime by repeating the steps above. Once your picture is loaded into Showpad, you will see your smiling face as well as the faces of your teammates in various areas of Showpad. For example, Shared Spaces, PitchIQs to Review, and the Social tab will all include your Profile Picture. Here's an example of PitchIQs to Review. Note: If you don't upload a picture for your profile, your monogrammed initials are displayed. Back to Top Complete your Profile A profile page in Showpad allows you to enter your contact information. Prospects can access this information from within the Shared Content Viewer. Log into your Showpad account, click your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, and select Settings. In the middle of the My Account page, add your Position, Company, and Phone Number. Your name, email address, and time zone are automatically populated. Note: If the auto-populated information needs to be modified, your Showpad Administrator can do so by following the instructions in this article. Prospects will see the contact information you input into your sales profile page by clicking the info icon in the Shared Content Viewer. When you're done, click Save. If you navigate away from the page without saving, your changes will not be retained. Back to Top Email Signature You can access your personalized signature from Windows Desktop App, iOS, Android, or the Web app and deliver a more authentic and personalized message when sharing content with prospects. This makes Showpad’s sharing experience similar to a classic email system. The rich signature you create in the Windows Desktop app will sync to your iOS and Android apps, and on the Web. Log into your Showpad account, click your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, and select Settings. At the bottom of the My Account page, copy and paste your signature from your regular email client or type in the Signature box. You can choose to add a link or image, change your font size and style, or format the email body. Note that the fonts in the list are compatible with all email clients. To add an image, click the picture icon. Click Upload to add an image from your device or add the image URL. Images will automatically be resized to fit the field. When you're done, click Save.
