Adjust browser settings to load dashboards and charts Updated July 15, 2026 17:03 Some browsers block the connection dashboards need to loadCharts and tables in the Report Builder, Dashboard Builder, and some analytics dashboards load using a live connection between your browser and the service that powers them. Some browsers block that connection by default in their privacy settings, which can cause charts to spin indefinitely or never finish loading. This is a browser setting working as intended, not a problem with your Showpad account or data.What's happeningIn the Analytics tab in the Admin App: the Report Builder, Dashboard Builder, and the Overview, Roleplay AI, Field Seller Agent, Showpad Adoption, Content Popularity, and Buyer Interactions dashboards can be affected by a browser limitation.The most common symptom is a chart or dashboard that shows a loading spinner and never finishes.This happens because some browsers block a type of connection these dashboards rely on by default, usually as part of a privacy or tracking-prevention feature.The following browsers block this connection by default:SafariBraveMicrosoft Edge, when Tracking prevention is set to StrictGoogle Chrome, when in Incognito ModeThe following browsers allow this connection by default and shouldn't have this issue:Google ChromeMozilla FirefoxMicrosoft Edge, when Tracking prevention is set to Balanced (the default)How to fix itSafariOpen Safari's settings and go to Privacy.Under Website tracking, turn off Prevent cross-site tracking.Reload the page.Microsoft Edge (Strict mode)Open Edge's settings and go to Privacy, search, and services.Under Tracking prevention, select Balanced.Reload the page.BraveNo fix identified yet.
