Drag and drop to reorder the agents. Click the three dot menu to make default, make inactive, edit, and delete. Do this step by step Note: Managing settings for included default agents, such as the Company content agent, is available on all AI Bundle tiers. However, managing specialized custom agents requires the Expert AI Bundle. Navigate to Genie settings In the Admin App, click the gear icon to open Admin Settings. Select Genie from the left side menu. Locate the Agents section. To update an agent’s name, instructions, tools, and content filtering, click the three dot menu next to the agent’s name and select Edit. Find out how to edit agents. Arrange the order of agents The order of agents in Genie Settings determines the order in which they appear to your sellers in the Genie interface. Click and hold the six-dot handle to the left of an agent's name. Drag the agent to its new position and release. Changes are saved automatically. Set a default agent The default agent is the primary assistant a seller interacts with when they first open Genie Assistant. Click the three dot menu next to the agent's name. Select Make default. The word ‘(Default)’ will appear next to the agent name, indicating this agent is now the default for all users. Make an agent inactive If you want to hide an agent from sellers without permanently deleting its instructions or content settings, you can make it inactive. You cannot make the default agent inactive. Click the three dot menu next to the agent's name. Select Make inactive. An Inactive tag will appear next to the agent. You can reactivate it at any time by selecting Make active from the same menu. Delete a custom agent Deleting an agent is permanent and cannot be undone. You cannot delete the default agent. Click the three dot menu next to the agent’s name. Select Delete. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up.
