Global instructions define the default behavior, persona, and context for Genie Assistant across your entire organization. By setting these instructions, you ensure that every AI-generated response aligns with your company’s sales methodology, brand voice, and specific product messaging. These instructions serve as the foundation for the AI's behavior unless overridden by specific agent instructions. Note: Global instructions are available on all AI Bundle tiers. However, creating specialized agents with focused instructions that work alongside the global instructions requires the Expert AI Bundle. In the Admin App, click the gear icon to open Admin Settings. Select Genie from the left side menu. To set default instructions, click the plus icon next to Global instructions. If instructions already exist, click the pencil icon to edit them. In the text field, use natural language to provide the general context for your Genie Assistant. Tip: To help Genie understand the hierarchy and priority of your instructions, you can format them using Markdown.
