Instead of building an agent from scratch, you can add a ready-made template in a single click and then customize its instructions, tools, and content scope to make it your own. The quick way Navigate to Admin Settings, click Genie, and select Agent Studio. Click the Templates tab. Select a template to review it, then click Use template. Customize the agent's Details, Tools, and Content. Click Publish. Do this step by stepAdding an agent from a template gives you a fully configured starting point. You then adjust it to fit your products, content, and sellers before publishing.Note: Adding a new agent from a template requires the Expert AI Bundle. On the Professional and Advanced tiers, you can edit your included default agents (such as the Company content agent), but you cannot add new template-based agents.Navigate to the Templates tab In the Admin App, click the gear icon to open Admin Settings. Scroll to Genie in the left side menu and select Agent Studio. Click the Templates tab at the top of the page. Optional. Prospect Research Pulls structured account briefs ahead of outreach using live CRM, web, and ZoomInfo data. RFP Response Generates structured, on-brand RFP responses by drawing from your product library and past winning proposals. Add an agent from a template On the Templates tab, click the template you want to use to open it. Select Use template or Cancel to go back to the selection. Review the template's name, description, and agent instructions on the Details tab. Confirm the agent's publication by clicking Publish or click Cancel to maintain it as a draft. The draft will appear in the Draft section of the Agents tab. Tip: You can also start from a template when creating an agent from the Agents tab. Click Create new, select a template, and click Create.Customize and publish an agentA template is a starting point, so review each tab and adjust the configuration to match your business before publishing. Open a template. On the Details tab, update the Name, Description, and Agent instructions as needed. On the Tools tab, enable or disable the tools the agent can use, such as: LLM general knowledge External sources Web search Salesforce On the Content tab, set the sharing, boost, and filter options that scope the agent's knowledge base. Click Publish, then confirm to make the agent available to your sellers.
