AI Features - Acceptable Use Policy

AI Features Usage Guidelines and Parameters 
Customer and its Authorized Users will use the AI Features only as permitted under the Agreement, and will not use the AI Features: (a) to mislead any person that Output was solely human-generated; (b) to generate spam, fraudulent or inappropriate Output or Output that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights; (c) in connection with the operation of any hazardous environments or critical systems that may lead to serious bodily injury or death, or cause environmental or property damage; (d) for automated decision-making; (e) to make legal, tax, or financial decisions; (f) in a manner that violates the Documentation; (g) for software development, code generation, or debugging assistance; (h) for general-purpose research, writing, or information retrieval unrelated to sales or revenue enablement; (i) for personal, non-business use; (j) for providing services to third parties on a bureau, outsourcing, or time-sharing basis; (k) for training, fine-tuning, or developing competing artificial intelligence models; (l) for any purpose other than Customer’s internal business purposes in connection with Customer’s use of the Platform as a sales and revenue enablement solution or; (m) in violation of any other usage guidelines or parameters as reasonably communicated by Showpad. Showpad reserves the right to monitor aggregate usage patterns of the AI Features to identify use inconsistent with this section. Any use of the AI Features that is not compliant with this section may result in the immediate suspension of access to the AI Features without liability to Showpad. In addition, Showpad reserves the right to charge Customer for any additional costs directly incurred by Showpad as a result of such misuse.
