Does the AI get better over time? Our AI models are not trained on your intellectual property, limiting risk exposure for your company. However, we do take steps to improve the quality of these summaries by analyzing usage data, listening to customer feedback, and prioritizing improvements that deliver a better customer experience. How do we provide feedback on the generated content to improve the AI?Users can interact with the thumbs-up or thumbs-down buttons that appear with every generative AI response to indicate whether it was helpful. This feedback helps Showpad evaluate how we can improve the feature and provide better summaries in the future. What measures does Showpad have in place to ensure the accuracy of AI-generated content?We instruct the AI model to be factual and only draw from the source material (which is always a single document). The summaries delivered are based exclusively on your original content. That said, Showpad believes that AI should be designed to augment and not replace the role of humans in your sales enablement process. We recommend a layer of human oversight to ensure the factual accuracy of the AI-generated responses and that you interact with the provided feedback mechanisms to help improve the quality of these responses. Data Privacy and Security Who controls AI-powered content, and where are they hosted?AI-powered content is controlled by Showpad and hosted on its Amazon Web Services environments.
