Format text on Showpad

When using Showpad, there are various features where you may find yourself entering text and using our rich text options, such as:

• creating email templates
• sending a share
• creating content for courses
• and more spots in Showpad where you create the text 

Read below to learn more about the different formatting and design options available to you in the text box.

From left to right, here are the options for customizing and creating text:

• Font Size - Select a font size from small, medium, or large. 
• Bold, underline or italicize text. 
• Color options - Choose Text or Highlight and then select a color, or input a hex code. After choosing a color, click Apply.
• Paragraph alignment - Select Align Left, Center, or Right, to change the text formatting. 
• Ordered list - Click the list button to create a numbered list. 
• Unordered list - Click the unordered list option to create a bullet-pointed list.
• Choose to indent or outdent text.
• Picture - To add a photo, click the picture button and paste the image URL. To get an image URL, right-click on the image and select Copy Image Address. 
• Link - Click the link option to display a URL as text. 
• Remove formatting - Choose to remove all text formatting options by clicking the Remove Font Style button.
