    Preparing for Pricing and Packaging changes

    Showpad is rolling out new pricing and packaging designed to deliver more value to you, our customers.

    In 2025, the transition to the new pricing and packaging will be voluntary for all customers. You will have the option to renew your old package or move to the new pricing and packaging when you're ready. Your account manager will help recommend a package that aligns with your needs.

    The new pricing and packaging will: 

    • Give you exactly what you need to succeed - delivering maximum value more efficiently
    • Simplify the customer experience with tools more aligned with your business goals
    • Support your enablement journey with the flexibility to scale as your organization grows
    • Enhance our long-term partnership with tailored solutions and flexible options

    As evident in our new pricing and packaging, we believe a Showpad platform approach can benefit everyone in your revenue team.

    • For marketing teams, a platform approach bridges creation and execution, ensuring the content that marketing creates directly drives revenue by enabling sellers to engage buyers with confidence.
    • For sales teams, combining access to the right content with targeted learning and coaching helps build confidence, sharpen execution, and drive better buyer engagement, leading to more consistent wins.
    • For enablement teams, managing a single platform streamlines their enablement strategy, ensuring sellers know what to use, when to use it, and how to succeed — all while providing the analytics to measure and refine their strategy for maximum impact.

    The eOS Advanced package is designed to empower your teams with advanced tools and features to transform how they work and grow. This is the best fit for current Showpad Ultimate customers.

    Here’s a breakdown of what changes when you move from the Ultimate package to Advanced, and how these enhancements can benefit your organization.

    What You Gain
    Switching to eOS Advanced unlocks new capabilities that make it easier for your sellers and managers to succeed. Key benefits include:

    Structured Learning and Growth: Access to a robust training library, Courses and Paths, Live Training and knowledge checks with certifications ensures that your sellers have the tools they need to excel.

    Empowered Management: The MyTeam hub enables managers to provide tailored coaching and track progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    Advanced Flexibility: Seamless customization and streamlined management with SSO, Divisions (up to 10), and API/SDK access are now included, making it easier to adapt the platform to your specific needs.

    What Remains the Same
    While the eOS Advanced package introduces new features, your existing core content solution remains intact. You’ll continue to have access to:

    Content Tools: Pages, Collections, and Experiences to organize and present content effectively.
    Collaboration Spaces: Shared Spaces for team interactions and content sharing.
    Reporting Features: Showpad reporting for actionable insights into usage and engagement.
    Admin-Focused AI Features: Tools like AnalyticsIQ, AI-powered file naming, tagging, and video subtitling remain an integral part of your Advanced package.

    What’s Moving
    As part of this transition, certain features will now shift or evolve:

    Advanced AI Tools in beta: Features like Search, Page Builder, Message Composer, CRM recommendations, and FAQs will be available in the highest tier only.

    Collaborate+ Add-On: Buyer uploads and Mutual Action Plans (MAPs) will now be part of the new Collaborate+ bundle, giving you the flexibility to choose these add-ons based on your evolving needs.
    This new approach aligns with our commitment to providing solutions that are flexible, scalable, and tailored to your growth goals.

    Buyer Uploads and Mutual Action Plans in Shared Spaces will shift to the new Collaborate+ add-on bundle, giving you the flexibility to add more advanced collaboration capabilities as your buyer needs evolve. Buyer Uploads and Mutual Action Plans will be available through the Collaborate+ add-on, giving you the flexibility to expand your solution when the time is right.

    What you gain
    With the streamlined Professional plan, you gain access to tools that make enablement easier to adopt and scale for your team. Features like Courses and Paths help your sellers execute with excellence.

    Single sign-on (SSO) and Divisions simplify access and organization, so your team can focus on what matters most — selling. It’s a platform solution designed to meet you where you are and support your next stage of growth.

    What remains the same
    Your robust content solution stays intact, with access to Pages, Collections, Experiences, Shared Spaces, and Showpad reporting.

    What’s moving
    To better align with your team’s current needs, select features are moving to other packages. AI capabilities will move to higher tiers, helping you focus on the building blocks of your enablement strategy before adding on. You will retain access to essential integrations like CRM, email, and marketing automation, but sales engagement integrations will move out of your package, keeping your tech stack small and manageable

    Advanced AI tools in beta — such as Search, Page Builder, Message Composer, CRM recommendations, and FAQs — are moving to our highest tier. A few features are transitioning to other add-ons, like AI-powered test questions, PitchIQ, and Mutual Action Plans. These features are now part of the Learn+ or Collaborate+ bundles, giving you the flexibility to opt in as needed.

    What’s moving
    You’ll downsize on your training and coaching suite to focus on driving adoption of the enablement basics, losing access to tools like knowledge checks and MyTeam hub. AI capabilities and sales engagement integrations are also excluded from this package, helping you focus on driving success with streamlined tools and tech stack.

    A few features are transitioning to other add-ons, like AI-powered test questions, PitchIQ, and Mutual Action Plans. These features are now part of the Learn+ or Collaborate+ bundles, giving you the flexibility to opt in as needed.

    Throughout the next year, you will find both the new and old package options within the Help Center ‘You need this to succeed’ option, so it’s clear what’s needed as you use Showpad.
