Verify a user's mobile app version Updated June 13, 2025 15:07 At Showpad, we're continually improving our platform. We want to give you the best tools to activate and distribute your content. We regularly update and add features in future versions of our mobile apps. Your users need to have the latest Showpad app to use these improvements. When a user logs into the app, Showpad collects information about their device, operating system, and app version. This is very useful when contacting Showpad support. Note: Device information is only accessible when users log in through the iOS or Android app. For users logging in via the Web App or Windows Desktop App, device information is unavailable, as these are browser-based applications. See how it looks Key features Verify a user’s Showpad app version Find the information needed to support a user with their app You need this to succeed Plan: eOS Expert, eOS Advanced, eOS Professional Legacy plan: Showpad Coach Essential, Showpad Content Essential, or higher Permissions: Administrator, Promoted Member with User Management permission Do this step by step Log in to the Admin App and navigate to Users. Select the user whose app version you want to verify. In the details panel, scroll down to the Last used device section, where you'll find the user's Device Model, Operating System, and App Version.
