Assign and differentiate user license types Updated May 20, 2026 16:02 Your company might work with partners who use your content to promote your products, or you may have non-selling internal teams who only need to view content. As an administrator, you can assign and change user license types. You can also see an overview of assigned license types and filter your users. This helps you quickly identify direct, partner, and view-only users. To use this feature with a legacy plan, you need the Content and/or Coach Channel Package activated. When activated for your organization, your users have a direct license type by default. Based on your contract, the Channel Package allows you to add a limited number of partner licenses.
