Resend a user invitation email Updated May 14, 2025 14:35 Every new user you create in Showpad receives an automated invitation email with the information they need to set up and start using Showpad. As an administrator, you can see whether the user has accepted the invitation. If they haven’t accepted the invite yet or the email didn’t arrive at its intended destination, you can resend it. Tip: If users say they didn't receive the invitation email, it might have been incorrectly categorized as spam. Ask them to check their spam folder. You can also add the showpad.com domain to your safe list to prevent this from happening. Click Send invitations in the top right. Choose to Resend pending invitations or Send first invitations. You can check both boxes. The number in parentheses indicates the number of users with pending or first invitations. Click Send. Back to Top Resend an invitation to a single user To resend the invitation to a single user, find the user who hasn’t accepted the invitation yet. In the top of the user detail panel, click Resend invitation. If a user didn’t receive the invitation at all, click Invite. Confirm by clicking Ok.
