Export a list of files Updated December 09, 2025 16:53 In Showpad's Admin App, you can export a list of the files in your library along with their properties. This includes details such as the ID, filename, size, expiry date, tags, the Experiences where they're used, security permissions, likes, and the slug you can use for asset linking.You can export all files or only the results from a filtered search to a CSV or XLSX file. All files will be downloaded by default.Initiate the export by clicking the three dot menu at the bottom-right of the screen.Select Export to CSV or Export to XLSX. Note that the list will always contain all of your selected files, regardless of how many are displayed on the screen.A dialog box displaying the number of files you are exporting will appear. Click the Export button to continue.A processing indicator will appear while the export is being prepared.Once processing is complete, click Download to save the files to your device.Note: The export will include all files that match your current selection, even if not all are visible on the screen. To confirm the exact number of selected files, refer to the selection count displayed at the top of the page.Field information The exported file contains the following columns, providing detailed information about each file.Note: Dates are in ISO8601 format.
