Customize columns in your Files library view Updated October 25, 2024 09:36 Note: This article is about the new beta Admin App, which is still in development. Changes may occur. Please provide feedback directly in the beta app. Customize your list view by adding or hiding file information such as tags, added and last update dates, size, languages, buyer and seller interest, etc., in your Files library. You can then sort the list of files by the different information. See how it looks Key features Organize files in the library Export file information to XLSX or CSV format You need this to succeed The beta Admin App enabled Feature availability depends on your subscription package Admin or Promoted Member account with 'Manage Content' permission The quick way Open the Libraries tab and select All files from the left menu Click the column icon Check the relevant boxes to add or hide, then click Save. Do this step by step Open this Navigate to the Libraries tab. If your organization uses multiple Libraries/Divisions, select the desired Library from the top left dropdown menu. Go to All files in the left menu, then click the column icon in the top right corner. Select the information you’re interested in adding to the library view, or unselect the ones you’d like to hide. From here, you can also rearrange the columns’ order by dragging and dropping them in the desired order. Click Save once ready. From the Files library view, scroll right to view the different available columns. Sort your assets by clicking on a column title. The library can't be sorted by the Tags, Library, Last buyer and seller activity, and Buyer and seller interest columns. The available file information is as follows: Column Description Added The date the file was added to the library. Authors The designated asset author(s). By default, the author is the user who added the file or Page to the library. Buyer interest Buyer engagement performance grade. Measured over the last 3 months, using percentiles to rank files from A (Top Performing) to E (Underperforming) based on recipient views. Local files are compared to local files in the same Library/Division. Global files are compared to all global files. A dash is displayed for non-shareable files. Comments The number of comments received on this asset. Countries The configured countries assigned to the asset. Expires The date the file is set to expire. A dash is displayed if no expiration date is set up. Languages The configured language assigned to the asset. Last buyer activity Date of the latest buyer activity. This includes views of emails, links, Shared Spaces, and downloads. A dash is displayed for non-shareable files or if there is no buyer activity. Last seller activity Date of the latest seller activity. This includes in-app views, Shares, downloads, and adding to Shared Spaces. If there is no seller activity, a dash is displayed. Last update The date when any asset permission was last updated. Last upload The date the file was last uploaded. A dash is displayed if no new version of the file has been uploaded yet. Library The Library/Division the file was added to. This information is useful in case you share files across Libraries/Divisions. Likes The number of likes received on this asset. Release The date the file is set to release. A dash is displayed if no release date is set up. Seller interest Seller engagement performance grade. Measured over the last 3 months, using percentiles to rank files from A (Top Performing) to E (Underperforming) based on in-app views. Local files are compared to local files in the same Library/Division. Global files are compared to all global files. Size The file size. Tags The tag(s) assigned to the asset. If not all tags are visible in the column, click the + icon to open the asset details pane and scroll to the tags section.
