Download an asset from the library to your computer

Note: This article is about the new beta Admin App, which is still in development. Changes may occur. Please provide feedback directly in the beta app.

To have a copy on your local device, Showpad allows admins to download assets from the Files library. Downloading an asset from the Files library can be especially handy when you’re working with multiple administrators, and not everyone has all the necessary content on their computer. To download an asset from your library, proceed as described below.

Do this step by step

1. Click Libraries in the top menu. If your organization uses Divisions/Libraries, select the relevant Division from the dropdown menu.
2. From the left-side menu, navigate to All Files. Click the asset from the library that you want to download to your computer.
3. Click the Download icon at the top of the details panel.
